Andy Dick's stint in 'Celebrity Rehab' doesn't seem to have done him much good. The actor was up to his old tricks in Hollywood yesterday when he allegedly flashed patrons of the Cafe Audrey coffee house in a drunken stupor.

An onlooker told Radar that Dick was sitting with a group of friends when he suddenly kissed one of his male companions on the mouth, exposed his genitals, and "staggered down the street, making quite the commotion."
