Dr. Conrad Murray Due Back in Court Over Michael Jackson's Death

The doctor charged in Michael Jackson's death is due back in a Los Angeles courtroom Tuesday afternoon for a status hearing.

Dr. Conrad Murray, who has been charged with involuntary manslaughter in Jackson's 2009 death, is expected to attend the hearing.

Los Angeles Superior Court Judge Michael Pastor scheduled the hearing to receive updates on attorneys' preparations for Murray's preliminary hearing, which is scheduled to begin in January. During that hearing, the judge will determine whether there is enough evidence for the cardiologist to stand trial.

Murray is accused of giving Jackson a lethal dose of sedatives, including the anesthetic propofol. He had been hired to serves as the singer's personal physician during a series of comeback concerts.

I hope I am wrong, but I bet the wrost thing that will happen to condrad, is he will lose his medical license.
the pig should have been locked up, while waiting for his trail.
At least in my book, he would have been. This kind of doctor helps no one but himself.
Money is all this kind of doctor cares about.

I dont think this guy will even see a jail cell. I hope I am wrong. But I think the only thing that will happen to him, will be to lose his medical license. If it was up to me, the guy would be in jail, now. Condrad gives all doctors a bad name.
Money is all he ever cared about, not his patients.

I hope Dr. Conrad Murray gets either the death penalty,
or life in prison, so that Kathrin Jackson and the rest
of the family can finally breathe a sigh of relief,
and Michael Jackson himself can finally rest in peace.

I think he killed Michael on purpose and should have been in jail for murder from day one and should never be able to get out. I also prey for his family.
