Camille Grammer: 'Real Housewives' Part of 'Kelsey's Agenda'

Kelsey Grammer's Ex, Camille, Brings the Drama on Latest 'Real Housewives' Cast

Camille Grammer, the soon-to-be ex-wife of 'Frasier' star Kelsey Grammer, may have found fame on 'The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,' but the transition into the spotlight was anything but her idea. Camille, who has two young children with Grammer, believes, in hindsight, that her husband may have pushed her to do the show to cover up his alleged infidelity.

Camille, who calls herself a "very private person" says that it was Kelsey who recommended she sign on to the project. She tells the New York Post, "Looking back, maybe he wanted to keep me preoccupied in California while he was off having his affair in New York...it was more Kelsey's agenda."

Since calling it quits with Camille, Kelsey has publicly discussed his new relationship with 29-year-old girlfriend Kayte Walsh, telling media outlets "We are in love." The actor announced in early October that Walsh had suffered a miscarriage.

While the decline of the Grammer marriage is not explicitly mentioned on 'RHOBH,' the tension caused by her impending divorce fueled many of Camille's frustrations. "My marriage was falling apart and I had to deal with the cattiness of the women on the show," she explains, saying, "When I signed on, I didn't think I would be going through a divorce in the middle of shooting a reality show."

Camille says she maintained her composure despite the stress. "I really had to hold back a lot," she says. "I really had to be conscientious of what I was saying and putting out there."

While she says "I don't respect what he did to me and my family. I am not happy with the way it went down," she hopes to eventually bury the hatchet with her ex. "I hope when the dust settles we can remain friends. I also would like to continue to work with my husband. I think he is a very talented man."

I used to be a big fan of Kelsey's, but I see now what a dog he is. Nobody deserves to be disrespected that way-it's really low down and dirty.

wow..its hard to believe sooo many people are on this board defending kelsey and what he did, or to say so casually, "kelsey was wrong, " but". their is no "but", and their shouldnt be any defending. cant believe the morals of so many people in this society...no matter what u think or thought of her, her looks, her nannies, her shoping etc, he still was her husband and u dont get another person until u finish or divorce the one u already have. i see why our society is so messed up and will continue to be as ong as we have people like many of u saying "but".

This is Kesey's MO. He was married when he started seeing Camille. She should have known it would happen. Check into his previous marriages. He loses interest as the wife starts getting a little older.

As you can see, Mr. Grammer has a habit of cheating with younger women. Regardless of what you think of Camille & her looks, motives, etc., I firmly agree you should separate first as opposed to cheating.

Grammer has been married three times.

His first marriage, to dance instructor Doreen Alderman, lasted from 1982 to 1990.

His second marriage, to stripper Leigh-Anne Csuhany in 1992, lasted one year. Grammer says that she was abusive and shot a gun at him, and that, after talk of divorce, she attempted suicide, which resulted in the miscarriage of their child. DURING this marriage, Grammer had a daughter out of wedlock, (born February 15, 1992), with hair and makeup stylist Barrie Buckner.

In 1994 he met 28-year-old Tammy Baliszwewski, also known as Tammy Alexander, at a bar in Manhattan Beach, California. In December 1994, the two of them appeared on the cover of People magazine announcing their engagement and Grammer's substance abuse problems. They broke up in 1995.

In August 1997, Grammer married Camille Donatacci, a former Playboy model. They met on a blind date in 1996. On June 14, 2010, Donatacci and Grammer appeared together at the Tony Awards.

Donatacci was unaware that Grammer had already impregnated another woman. It was announced on July 1, 2010 that Donatacci had filed for divorce.

On August 12, 2010, Grammer announced that he was going to be a dad for the fifth time with girlfriend Kayte Walsh. Donatacci only found out through tabloid media reports that his 28-year-old girlfriend was already expecting. On October 9, 2010, Grammer announced that Walsh had miscarried six weeks earlier.

I wish we would spend more time & publicity on REAL people instead of Hollywood's self-indulgent, ego-driven actors. Who really cares about their messing up their personal lives. I sure don't!!! With all the REAL problems in our country, Kelsey's marriage isn't high on my list!

I loved Kelsey Grammar in Frazier but he is such a hypocrit! I saw him a couple of months ago on Fox selling some conservative family value crap...yeah, family values! Man up Kelsey! You handled this very poorly, but much like the rest of your "family value" GOPers. Wasn't it Gingrich who was screwing around on his cancer suffering wife...demanded divorce while she was in the hospital! Family values? Who was the Christian Minister who had an affair? Oh yeah--which one!!!! And some with men! Yeah, family values. You GOPers, right wingers just don't know when you have had the wool pulled over your eyes...you never learn.

You guys are being so d@mn rude. I don't care if money influenced her to marry Grammar. She must of cared for him somewhat or she would of taken the money and ran.She has kids for him. She didn't need to stay with him for the money. How about a little sympathy for the woman who was cheated on and dumped for a younger woman! It doesn't matter how much money you have that crap still hurts. Adding to the misery by calling her a plastic gold digger is just cruel.

LOOK i am so tired of everyone dumping on the women (goldiggers etc..) Look at all these old a** men who dump the wives who have been with them through the lean years when he was a nobody, and what does she get in return? Kicked to the curb with the kids while ,he goes to find himself some young chick,who he deludes himself into thinking is attracted to him for his good looks and magnetic personality,then wonders why 2 years later, her and Juan the gardner are vactioning in the Bahamas with his money.BUT NOT TO WORRY , AS SOON AS THIS NEW MODEL GETS A FEW YEARS ON HER, SHE WILL BE SITTING ON THE CURB IN FRONT OF THE FIRST WIFES MANSION(she had a great lawyer lol).ENOUGH SAID.

almost nothing justifies infidelity so if Kelsey grammar did cheat, then shame on him. BUT... I can't help but wonder if it's because he wanted a woman that was more real than the wife seems to be. She looks very fake and obsessed with hollywood glamour. something I think many men lose interest in pretty fast.

I'm looking at this picture of Camille Grammer, and wondering how many women in LA/Beverly Hills/Hollywood look just like her. They must all have the same plastic surgeon who models them after some long, lost love.

hey MKS..first, this has NOTHING to do with politics, you're in the wrong forum for that. second, it's incredibly discrediting to your point to lump all GOP's (republicans) together as being hypocrits, that's the same mental disorder that leads to racism and other forms of discrimination. the guy who cheated on his wife with cancer was john Edwards, a DEMOCRAT (not that his politics made him do it, his being a slithering creep was the problem!!) most politicans on both sides are shining examples of hypocrisy, the democrats (politicans and supporters) are certainly not removing themselves from that shameful little game.
