Though drug possession charges against T.I. were dropped after the rapper and his wife were arrested last month, the Los Angeles District Attorney is moving forward with charges against the rapper's wife, reports. T.I.'s wife, Tameka Cottle, is charged with possession of ecstasy.

The September arrest occurred when police pulled over the couple in Los Angeles after smelling marijuana. It was later reported that a small amount of ecstasy was found in the car as well.

If Cottle is found guilty, she could face up to a year in jail.

Charges against T.I. were dropped once it was determined he'd already be going back to jail for violating probation in the same incident.
