Giuliana and Bill: 'We're Ready to Try for a Baby Again'

Since Giuliana and Bill Rancic shared their sad story about losing their baby, they have received thousands of e-mails from people sharing similar stories and support and even dozens of serious requests from potential surrogates. But after taking time away to, as Giuliana puts it, "kiss, hug, hold hands and tell each other how much we loved each other," the couple is ready to try once more.

"We're ready to try again and we feel more optimistic than ever that we will have good news in the New Year. 2011 is our year," Bill tells me.

"From this experience we've learned everything really does happen for a reason and God works in mysterious ways. When we do get pregnant again, that will be the baby we were supposed to have and we will never take parenthood for granted," says Giuliana.

However, this decision did not come easy. "We took a much needed break from all the fertility stuff to connect with each other again. We had been trying for so long to have a child that the whole process had consumed us. A break was crucial to make sure our marriage stayed strong and as fun as it always was," Bill reveals to me.

Giuliana agrees that taking a break from "worrying about shots, doctor's visits, ultrasounds and blood tests was just what the doctor ordered."

The couple went to a relaxing resort in the desert where they could just be themselves again and reconnect.

"Since the loss, we love one another even more than before and our marriage is the best it's ever been," Bill tells me. They went to bed late, slept in all morning and got back to the way they were as a couple before they started trying to conceive. And now that they are ... we wish them the best of luck.

She is too thin to concieve, carry and deliver a health baby. Plain and simple.

WOW what a big announcement.Will they also anounce every time he drops a load inside her?? Will they tell us which positions?
This dumb bimbo wont lose weight because of her silly job on the E Network but she cant figure out why she cant get pregnant.
It just shows you can be dumb as a rock and be on TV.

Having a baby is a joyous event but a very personal one. I have watched there reality show in the past, and don't understand why they think they must announce tell the world about her infertility problems, my heart goes out to the couple and hope they have a healthy baby. but you don't need to make it everyone else's business. maybe she should put on a few pounds, and eat more protein, she looks unhealthy skinny. So many people in the world stuggle to have a baby, you don't see them on TV telling the world.

Who are these people???? all I know is they are 2 people with a "reality" show. Why do they have a show??????? I think my neighbors are getting a "reality" show next week. they should-she's better looking than whoever this woman is. more interesting too.

when bill chose the unfinished house , he put such a burden on his wife, i find him very demanding, while pretensing what he wants is what is best for her, but it is his selfishness, that added such stress to her already questionable ability to carry a child, as thin and frail as her body looks..and that caused her to no longer be able to carry through her first pregnancy..i hope she will listen to her doctor and to her own health, instead of traipsing after bill and his self centeredness.

I absolutely adore Bill and Giuliana and truly believe they will be wonderful parents. They just need to remember this is not up to them but God. If he see fits, they will have a child. If not I know they have discussed adoption as a possiblilty.

Love your show, I cried when you lost the baby, I personally lost a child to SIDS, Im not sure whats worse, one you have held in your arms or one you never met..Take it easy and God will bless you with a child when the time is right. Relax and enjoy each other, slow down, maybe when the house is ready then its will be time to try again, I will keep watching with tissues at the ready.

He could always try a papersack over her head, maybe he would be able to get close enough to her to get her pregnant

Bill is not that demanding, just a go getter who is very business smart and know what he wants. They really fit together.
