Mel and Oksana Will Sit Face to Face for Deposition
Mel Gibson and Oksana Grigorieva will sit face to face during a court deposition today, marking the first in-person interaction since a custody war broke out between the two, TMZ reports.

Grigorieva's lawyer, Daniel Horowitz, says Oksana will actively participate in the deposition, writing questions for Mel to answer.

A source told RadarOnline.com, "As of late Sunday night, Oksana had resolved to sit alongside her lawyers at the deposition and across the table from Mel."
