It looks like Ashlee Simpson-Wentz has taken a page from Andy Warhol's muse, Edie Sedgwick, with her new haircut.

Sporting statement earrings, sleek blonde hair and heavily-lined eyes at the Decades Denim launch party on Tuesday in Beverly Hills, Simpson looked almost identical to Sedgwick, the one-time lover of both Bob Dylan and Bob Neuwirth.

Initially, when Pete Wentz revealed his wife's new platinum pixie haircut on Twitter early last month, comparisons were immediately drawn to the couple's son, Bronx, a natural blonde.

Simpson isn't the only one recreating an iconic celebrity hairstyle. 'Harry Potter' star Emma Watson debuted a cropped 'do reminiscent of a young Mia Farrow this past August.
