Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino Is 'Enjoying Every Minute of the Ride'

In between his gym, tan, laundry routine,
Mike 'The Situation' Sorrentino found time to write a book.
'
Here's the Situation: A Guide to Creeping on Chicks, Avoiding Grenades, and Getting in Your GTL on the Jersey Shore' recently hit the shelves of a bookstore near you, and Sorrentino
chatted with PopEater about his latest venture.
"It was my idea," he tells us of the decision to write a book. "We had three different ideas on three different books and we chose to do this one first and see how it went. If it's successful, which we hope, we'll move on to the other ones."
Why did he want to write 'Here's the Situation'? Part of his motivation, he explains, was the fans. "The best thing for me was to write a book ... and reach my fans that way."
He describes the book as "a humorous, 'Jersey Shore'-style vibe about living in your twenties, dating, life style habit of eating and working out."
Meanwhile, between promoting the tome, his stint on 'Dancing With the Stars,' and his 'Jersey Shore' duties, Sorrentino has a lot going on.
"'Jersey Shore' 3 debuts January 6, I believe. 'Dancing With the Stars' is not finished. There's still the season finale," he says. "I'm very, very busy and blessed to be busy and just enjoying every minute of the ride right now."
So busy in fact, all he really wants to do for the holidays is see his family. "I just would love to spend the holidays with my family. I haven't really seen them that much because I've been on the road."
If you can't get enough of The Situation, he has a workout DVD coming out soon, too, so you can have a situation of your own. "I believe it's also very humorous," he adds.

Let,s get serious, anyone that would buy his book, has to be really quite ignorant, I know he is making millions of dollars but then we wonder why every other country is ahead of us in math and science, because the people here are interested in the SITUATION, It is so sad that this country has stooped to this new low, good luck parants

He's enjoying every minute of the ride? With that cover on that book, I think he really enjoys being ridden, if you know what I mean. Pathetic.
