Anne Hathaway's career has been full of tough roles, but perhaps none as intimate as her upcoming performance in 'Love and Other Drugs.' Hathaway, who stars opposite 'Brokeback Mountain' co-star Jake Gyllenhaal in the film, told Fox News' Pop Tarts that stripping down in front of her former on-screen flame was "mortifying" despite their familiarity with one another.
Gyllenhaal joked of their steamy scene, "We had already had fake onscreen sex before in 'Brokeback Mountain,' so it came naturally, we just had to do it again."
Despite her admission of discomfort, Hathaway says onscreen nudity is all in a day's work. "It is intensely mortifying taking your clothes off in front of other people," she says. "But it is also intensely mortifying doing a lot of things in front of people."

I never understood why Hollywood thinks I care to watch two people have sex. If I wanted to watch people have sex, I could watch porn...and for a lot cheaper than it costs to go to the movies.

I don't know why an actor would feel they need to get naked on screen. It serves no purpose and in most cases is done poorly. As I have said before if the writers could write then there would be no need to add entertainment via shock factor.
