"We didn't steal any appliances. Go take a look at our kitchen, it's all ours and paid for," Charvet said. "We have Bentleys in the garage. Why would you need to steal a stove and refrigerator? That's such bull***t."

Burke and Charvet are facing a civil lawsuit from kitchen appliance store EuroConcepts, which alleges more than $70,000 worth of products were ripped off. The lawsuit contends that Burke and Charvet paid Zalfa Halaby, a showroom employee at EuroConcepts, in cash and checks for high-end home appliances. Halaby allegedly kept the money for selling the store's merchandise. The items in question include a stainless steel barbecue grill, a refrigerator and a freezer.
