Bret Michaels: 'I Didn't Have Affair With Miley Cyrus's Mom'

Bret Michaels wants everyone to know that he did not have an affair with Miley Cyrus' mom and he's not the reason Billy Ray and Tish Cyrus are getting divorced.

The rocker was asked on Tuesday morning's airing of 'Fox & Friends' if anything happened with Tish. "The answer is no," Michaels replied.

"I've been friends with her family forever," Michaels continued. "It started out with me and Miley simply working on a song together. Her mom, Tish, likes 'Every Rose Has Its Thorn,' the first concert Miley ever saw was Poison, and so they wanted to remake it for the new record."

Last week, rumors surfaced that Michaels and Tish had an affair earlier this year while Miley was working on her album with the rock star. Billy Ray Cyrus filed for divorce late last month citing irreconcilable differences and it was immediately speculated that Michaels was the cause.

But the former Poison frontman insists his relationship with the Cyrus family was completely professional. "When I was in the studio, Miley came in and sang on my song ... and that was it," he said.

I think Bret Michaels is just the convenient "fall guy" who can be blamed for the break up - sometimes people just break up because they can't stand each other anymore, or they have been just staying together for the kids or maybe staying together for the sake of their Disney channel show.

Honey, with his health issues, it's ALLL PR. Do you understand how serious his condition is? He's typical of a long using insulin dependent diabetic. The veins fall apart. he has kids, he's with their mother. He was with his family when his aneurysm hit. He wasn't with ho's.

I think Bush blames everyone else for him not only not caring but not doing much to help. What happen in New Orleans was a very good sample of how rude and non caring he is.....NOT to mention a WAR he got this country in because HE was so Stupid....He apid the price!!!!! PLease men and woman not only lost the lives they had many DIED. Have more to say but, I can not cuss on line nor would any thing change....to bad he will make more money on MORE LIES!!!

Why is it, that Bush gets the blame for Ignorant people that are to stupid to get out of the way of a hurricane. Most of them stayed back so they could steal everything insight. If you would take the time to research - a President can NOT go into a state without first being invited, which he wasn't until he called to tell Louisiana they had to invite him. As for Bush, you obviously don't know state law vs Federal law. No President, not even Obama, can send troops into any state unless the Governor asks or unless the President calls for an insurrection. Bush wasn't asked and he dare not make it an insurrection. When he begged the La Governor if he could send in troops, she replied, "Give me another 24 hours". So before you open your uneducated bazoo, know what you're talking about.
