Did the Jonas Brothers steal Jason Mraz's tune? Well, it sure sounds like it. Even Mraz admits the 'Camp Rock 2' tune 'Introducing Me' sounds a lot like his 'I'm Yours,' but the Bros can rest easy because he's not planning to sue. He just wants his iTunes money back! "I heard the song, and it was just a tremendous, tremendous horror of a tune. I noticed a few similarities in the melody, but it wasn't enough to pick up the phone and argue with somebody about it. If anything, I just wanted my $1.29 back that I spent on iTunes," Mraz told PopEater at the VH1 Save The Music Gala. Listen to both tunes and decide for yourself. Someone wants some attention. Who the heck is Jmraz?? with millions of songs in the world some may happen to sound similar. No need to judge others work. I happen to love the Jonas song.

Who is J Mraz? wow you are truly missing out on one great songwriter, you should really take a listen to him, have you never heard the song Im Yours on the radio?
Jason Mraz has been around a lot longer than the Jonas Brothers and I have to say better than the Jonas Brothers. I would be upset too if someone made a song that sounded very similar to a song I wrote a few years ago.
The Jonas guy has more energy and presence.
The Mraz guy has a better voice.
The songs are similar and the both sound like they bit Hanson.
I usually like the J Bros but that song is terrible. So like Mraz's song better. When the Bellamy Bros said Brit's song was like theirs I got mad, but then I listened to it and realized it wasn't the same other than, "would you hold it against me." But these songs...J Bros song def sounds like Mraz's song!!! I'd def be mad if it was me. Sounds like he's kind of being cool bout it to me. Oh - and I doubt he's looking for some fame off it. Seriously - he's been round a long time!!! I don't really listen to him, but he's good anyway.
I thought the same thing when I heard the song when I was skimming through the channels and the song was being played. It is very eerily similar.

And Burning Up was a rip-off of Maroon 5's Makes Me Wonder. I'm not surprised.

Jason Mraz says he "noticed a few similarities in the melody" and it is "a tremendous, tremendous horror of a tune." So, if he thinks the Jonas Brothers' song sounds like his, he's esentially saying his own song is terrible.

Technically it's not a Jonas Brothers song given that it was for the film, so they had nothing to so with the arrangement. I didn't think it resembled I'm Yours until people kept pointing it out, and even still I wouldn't consider it a rip off.

That is def a rip off. Simliar beat, just different (and terrible) lyrics.

Jason Mraz probably said that without seeing the movie, so he doesn't understand the context of the song. It actually is pretty bad by itself, in a cute sort of way, but Nick Jonas' character writes it because the girl was upset with him for not properly introducing himself to her. It's one of the sweetest scenes in the entire movie, and in taken in context, it's a good song. Mraz should have watched the movie first, much like Kings of Leon reeealy should've watched Glee before they turned them down.
