"How many average men or women could behave that way and keep their job?" she asked, before calling it "infuriating" that someone who "makes a million dollars an episode" on TV can get away with anything.

You have to be joking! Two and a Half Men is the same old tired joke over and over. There is nothing funny or creative about this show at all. Kathy Griffin is not my favorite by any means, but on this issue I agree with her totally.
If there's nothing funny or creative about "Two and a Half Men", then why do so many people watch it? If it wasn't such a hit show, Charlie's antics would be a non-story.
It reminds me of Casey Stengal's remark about a famous restaurant, "Nobody goes there anymore because it's too crowded."

I do hope Charlie gets the help he needs. He is a very talented and very funny guy. I watch the show all the time even the reruns some of which I have seen numerous time. I only wish him the very best. As for Kathy Griffin, I absolutely detest her and everything she stands for.

Wrong answer. It's because he makes other people money. Let's face it nobody cares what you do if you bring in huge amounts of cash for them. If Lohan was bringing in big bucks for her work you would see the same treatment.

I'm with You RMI--that is EXACTLY why he is allowed to continue on and on and frickin' on. All the Enablers riding his coattails would lose their jobs! It would be poetic justice if the directors/sponsors/producers of the show would realize--they could get a wider audience appeal with other actors who would play that part a helluva lot more respectably. I don't watch BECAUSE of Charlie Sheen. I don't let my son watch because of Charlie Sheen. I would watch if Charlie was replaced by... let's see... Mario Lopez; Matthew McConneghy (spelling?); or an athlete turned 'ham'--like Me-Shawn... I mean KeyShawn--whom I really can't stand either... but he IS entertaining. Or how 'bout Tiki Barber! That would give the show another shot at long-er-gevity... a divorcee with kids. Steal audiences from other shows that cater to divorce issues. Either way--Charlie Sheen is well on his way down a 'Dead End' road... like Michael Jackson. Everyone around him are inadvertent Dr. Kervorkians... they are all helping him kill himself--and they're all trying to make as much money as they can before he dies.

How is it that Griffin is not waiting tables someplace? Sheen is a mess and is riding his career like a lawn dart, Griffin has no career, no humor, no talent at all, nothing.
