Taylor Momsen blames her parents for robbing her of a healthy childhood, insisting they are the reason she's so dark and miserable.According to Starpulse, the 'Gossip Girl' actress and lead singer of The Pretty Reckless said, "Everyone's like, 'Wow, why is she upset and why is she so miserable about things?' My parents signed me up with Ford [modeling agency] at the age of two. No 2-year-old wants to be working, but I had no choice."
Momsen, now 17, continued, "My whole life, I was in and out of school. I didn't have friends. I was working constantly and I didn't have a real life."

Not only did her parents rob her of her childhood, they took every bit of whatever might have made her an attractive young lady... in every sense of the word.

That is to bad about Taylor's parents forcing her to work at 2 years old they should have given Taylor her childhood. Now is time to move and let the past be the past you can now live your life. Nothing but the best Taylor.

Damn, she is one hot mama! I notice the older fat broads are hating on her and that sicko Mark above wants to do it with an 11 year-old. Some world we live in.

Ugh you would be attracted to that. She's a 17-year-old whiny girl who wears black makeup because she's not old enough to know any better. Go back to your case of Natty Ice in your garage, loser.
Why are people getting pissed over her watching porn? You don't scold teenage boys from watching it. So why is it so bad for a 17 year old to watch porn? The bad thing on this article is that her parents gave her no choice to grow up how she wanted. I bet in some ways she's glad she went through what she went through because here she is, famous and in T.V. and music.

I can't believe that the cute little girl from How the Grinch Stole Christmas grew-up to be this scary, dark and very disturbed young adult. It's unsettling and very sad.

Too bad she turned out like this! She was adorable in "How the grinch stole Christmas" with Jim Carrey!

i agree with her. children need to be children. she was just living her parents dream. i encourage my kids but if they don't want to live the life i wish i could have, i don't push them. your only young once-let them enjoy it. they'll grow up a lot happier and thank you later.

Parents do not 'steal" your childhood.....they gave it to you....grow up and go buy a childhood...by the looks of your makeup and such it would seem you are doing a pretty good job of living your chilhood out now.

Honey, don't blame your parents. You are dark and miserable because you're dark and miserable, and also because your so-called music is crap.

And this happened when she's 2? I don't see how she can't quit now and go back to living a 'normal life' in high school.

She did not get a degree and graduate from high school, she got a GED. Her mom pushed her to do this. She did have a nice childhood but never got to see or talk to her grandparents.
