Meet the Contestants of 'RuPaul's Drag Race' Season Three

EXCLUSIVE: Ladies and gentleman, start your engines because this January, 'RuPaul's Drag Race' returns for a third season. PopEater has an exclusive first look at the cast and this season, the competition looks extra fierce!

Competing for the title of 'America's Next Drag Superstar' is serious business, so be sure to familiarize yourself with this season's contestants. Striking a pose in the front row are Raja and Phoenix, while Mimi Imfurst, Carmen Carrera, Stacy Layne Matthews, India Ferrah, Alexis Mateo, Delta Work, Mariah, Manila Luzon, Yara Sofia, Venus D-Lite work it in the second row.

PopEater spoke with RuPaul's newest prodigies about their style inspirations and what celebrity they'd love to see in drag!

Who is your biggest style inspiration?
Carmen Carrera: For me, Jennifer Lopez and Rihanna are huge style icons. Jennifer Lopez has a certain elegant, sexy and classic style with a big dose of glam. Rihanna has the glamor as well, but with more of an edgy, funky style. Love them!

Manila Luzon: I am always entranced by Kylie Minogue's style because she manages to be a step ahead of even Gaga while still being ultra feminine! Also, Imelda Marcos because you can't ever go wrong with a few thousand pairs of sickening shoes.

Mimi Imfurst: Definitely Miss Piggy. She had plenty of curves and a fierce wardrobe to match. She has always managed to have a man by her side and hasn't aged a day.

What was the hardest part about securing your spot on season three of 'RuPaul's Drag Race?'
Yara Sofia: I didn't have a big challenge. I always knew they were going to pick me because I believe in myself!

What separates you from the other contestants?
Venus D Lite: I would have to say my make-up skills. I can make myself look like a celebrity and make it believable. I am mainly known as a Madonna impersonator, but I have other character impersonations under my belt including: Paris Hilton, Gwen Stefani, Cher, Judy Garland, Barbra Streisand and Lady Gaga.

Delta Work: I am one of the oldest contestants and that provides me [with] perhaps a little more experience picking and choosing battles.

What celebrity would you love to see in drag?
Phoenix: Let's say Johnny Depp because he can pull any character off to the fullest. I would love to see what he would do with it.

Mariah: I would love to see Orlando Bloom in drag. He has fabulous features!

India Ferrah: I'd love to see Sean Hayes in drag. I think he would be fierce mostly due to his sassiness and attitude! I would actually love to put him in drag.

Stacy Layne Matthews: There are so many guys out there with drag worthy faces, but I would have to say Mario Lopez. He's so sexy and I think he would make a fierce queen with a great smile and some Latino flair.

What can viewers expect from you this season?
Alexis Mateo: In this season you can expect the best of the best. I have been a fan of the show since the beginning. Get ready because it's going to be a crazy ride.

Frankly, I won't watch. Not because it's a bunch of drag queens but because it's a bunch of drag queens with killer legs! LOL I've always been envious of drag queens with killer legs. LOL
