Anthony List "Celebration of Life" breakfast at the Ronald Reagan Building and International Trade Center in Washington, DC. Amid growing speculation she will make a presidential bid in 2012, Tea Party favorite Sarah Palin said November 17, 2010 she could beat President Barack Obama to the White House. Palin told ABC News she was seriously considering running to secure the Republican presidential nomination. Now one of the most popular conservatives in America, Palin solidified her life in the spotlight by launching her own reality show on Sunday, featuring her family fishing, kayaking, bear-watching and relaxing in their tiny hometown of Wasilla. Cowan, of Vermont, Wis., blasted his television set with a shotgun after watching Bristol Palin's "Dancing with the Stars" routine Monday night, saying he was fed up with politics and Palin wasn't a very good dancer, according to court documents. Authorities said Cowan then pointed the gun at his wife who escaped and called police. A SWAT team surrounded the couple's Vermont farmhouse and officers were able to talk Cowan out Tuesday, after an all-night standoff. Cowan is charged with second-degree reckless endangerment. Unwed teenage daughter with a grandchild outta wedlock....yea that's the moral standard America should thrive for.
It's not the standard Amercia should be that's why she is out talking with teens girls about having sex. Telling them what she went through and continues to go through and how her life is forever changed.
People recovering from drug and alcohol addictions also do this.
Morals!! You must of forgotten that Bristol spread her legs for that idiot Levi and got knocked up at sixteen. What kind of morals was her idiot mother teaching her, And Sarah is a great hunter. she is in a helicopter shooting defensive animals. That whole family is evil.
This is no different than on American Idol, where peoople like Taylor Hicks win because of the public vote. Regardless of how many phone lines or email addresses people use, whoever gets the most votes wins, period. Fans of other contestants need to vote more.

How ridiculous - it is a popularity contest. NFL fans voted for Kurt Warner and NBA fans voted for (can't remember his name), fans of "the hills" voted for Audrina, etc. Most people recognize this and always vote for their favorite even if they got a low score. Get over it. If you don't want popular people on DWTS don't invite them. THAT is what will ruin the shows popularity.

WHAT'S WRONG WITH EVERYBODY????? Besides that I would like Jennifer to WIN! Bristol has made the most improvement and that's what the show should be about...LEARNING HOW TO DANCE...not "knowing" how and then winning because you had training prior to the show. If you all ignored the "Palins" and talked about the entertainment value of DWTS?!?!? I guess this must be "SOOOO" important we really need to get ourselves upset over it. Yeah right!!!

Brandy was arrogant and already had training in dancing. Didn't hear all u racist liberals screaming when Emitt Smith won and he couldn't dance a lick either. Everyone has a voting base... u knuckleheaded racist liberals need to STFU and deal with it LMAO!

Brandy is a singer idiot. She did not have dance experience. And Emmitt danced his butt off and deserved to win. Just like Brandy should have beat Bristol the left foot fat non dancer unwed mother from Alaska. But we are use to people like her and her dipsty mother who cheat and lie to the country, They are the losers and so are you, LOL
jus wannna make this known that its not bristols fault that she got to the finale, ppl voted for her, why, i dont know. she clearly was not the better dancer and brandy and maks were robbed. bristol should have went home long ago, she even outlasted audrina and she deserved to still be there. i think the vote should not be left to the ppl. same thing as when jennifer hudson was voted off idol. america gets too much leadway in these shows and it should stop.
Reply
she is no kate gosselin by no means, but she does not deserve to still be here and more talented ppl r going home. i also dont think she deserves the scores she gets, in no way was her dance monday night 9 worthy. i dont think im watchin the show after this season

DWTS doesn't have any dance credibility to lose, it's just a silly bunch of froth. Every single contestant they invite to be on the show has a hypothetical chance to win. I agree that the judges need to toughen up their scoring on all three of them. But it was the phone-in voters who eliminated Brandy & Maks. Bristol had nothing to do with that. If she should win, though I doubt she will, then all of you Bristol-haters need to show some sportsmanlike attitudes, for once in your lives.

They should keep politicians and their families off the show. The name of it is "Dancing With the STARS," after all.

As a Canadian, I watch DWTS because it's a form of entertainment and the contestants are not equally talented. Over time some contestants improve and others don't. I find it humourous how upset Americans can get over a television show...shooting up a tv because someone didn't get voted off. Absolutely ridiculous and childish behaviour. Doesn't that speak a lot for some people's level of intelligence? Give Bristol a break, she's only a kid and doesn't need to be trashed especially by people who claim they are "intelligent". Would it be any different if Obama had one of his daughters (if they were old enough)on the show or if it was your son or daughter? You wouldn't appreciate all the trash talk and nonsense over a television show.
Whether Bristol wins or not, you have a lot more things to be concerned about as your country goes down the tubes. (No pun intended).

AMEN!!!
the difference, the Obamas wouldn't put their kids on tv for their own political gain
Kathy, The last time I checked, Bristol was over 18. It wasn't her mother's decision. If the Obama Kids were of age. They would make their own decision, not their parents. So you can't speak for them.
No only will the show go far down in ratings, but what pro dancers do they think they will get to return to the show if all of the very hard work they do teaching their "pupils" for nothing when the show has a ringer already set to win. The judges voting should count for far more than it does, and therefore their judging is going to be under more scrutiny than it is will giving dancers like Bristol all 9's and great dancers the same score. They are guilty too, just like the people who are clogging the voting lines so only the votes they want to go through do. I couldn't vote for Maks or Brandy no matter which 3 means I have to vote was used, and I have never had this problem before. Just the look on Derek and Bristol and all the judges faces told the real story, that this was not what was expected or correct! I won't ever watch again if Bristol wins, and I have been a fan and watched almost every episode since season 2. My family and people I work with are all in agreement. A fixed show that "lets the people" vote isn't something we want involved in.

The judges have to take A LOT of the blame. They have overscored her for WEEKS. No way did she deserve a 27 on that dance the other night. She has improved but she is not on the same planet as the others. I really hate that politics has been brought into it and that is exactly why she's still there. Kyle has been my favorite and all I can do is vote and hope others will do the same.

EVERYONE PRETENDS BRISTOL IS WINNING BECAUSE SHE IS MORE POPULAR THAN OTHERS,BUT WE HAVE PROOF THAT IT IS NOT THAT.GO TO THE CONSERVATIVE PALIN WEBSITES FOR A REAL EYE OPENER.THEY ARE 'BRAGGING' ABOUT HOW THEY HAVE 'GAMED'THE SYSTEM BY CREATING MULTIPLE E-MAILS AND VOTING FOR HOURS(SOMETIMES) ALL NIGHT.IT'S ALMOST A CONTEST OF WHO CAN VOTE THE MOST.THEY HAVE BRAGGED ABOUT TAKING THREE HOURS FOR ONE PERSON TO VOTE 300 TIMES.ONE PERSON SAID SHE VOTED 1000 TIMES.IT SHOULD ALSO BE INVESTIGATED WHY THE WEBSITE CRASHED DURING THE SHOW,AND PEOPLE COULD NOT GET THROUGH ON PHONE.SARAH IS A VERY RICH WOMAN WHO HAS BEEN OBSESSED WITH HER DAUGHTER WINNING,AND SHE WILL, BECAUSE HONEST VOTERS WILL NEVER BE ABLE TO OFFSET THE CHEATER,AND BRISTOL IS 'NOT' A 'SWEET GIRL-CHECK OUT FACEBOOK PAGE AND'PALINGATES' FROM 2006-2007.WAKE UP PEOPLE,FCC NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE THIS.
heavencent,
IT SHOULD ALSO BE INVESTIGATED WHY THE WEBSITE CRASHED DURING THE SHOW,AND PEOPLE COULD NOT GET THROUGH ON PHONE
I thought you couldn't vote until after the show?
Please provide links to this webpage.
Yes Heavencent, Please provide the website. You are only allow a certain amount of time to vote. The lines are only open for so long. Everyone has the same chance to vote. I have only voted once for Bristol this year. I tape the show, so I usually miss out on voting.
