Who Gets the Gosselin Kids on Thanksgiving?

This turkey day, the Gosselin children can be thankful that, at least according to one insider, their divorced mom and dad are in agreement about how to divvy up the quality family time this week.

According to RadarOnline, the truce between the famously feuding parents shakes down this way: All eight children will spend Thanksgiving Day with Kate Gosselin, who has said that one of her favorite things to do is cook for the kids, at the family's Pennsylvania estate.

Jon, currently dating 24-year-old government employee Ellen Ross, will celebrate on a different day -- possibly the day after Thanksgiving -- with the kids (6-year-old sextuplets Aiden, Alexis, Colin, Hannah, Leah and Joel, and 10-year old twins Cara and Mady). Jon's girlfriend has attended recent outings with kids, including a Phillies baseball game.

No word yet on whether Kate's Thanksgiving feast will be private or documented by cameras. Mom and kids currently star on the recurring 'Kate Plus 8' specials that launched on TLC after the 2009 demise of 'Jon & Kate Plus 8.'

Strife between the former couple has been making headlines for months, but recently, two of their sweet-faced offspring have also been showing signs of stress. Alexis and Colin Gosselin were reportedly expelled from their private school during what's being called a "challenging time" for the brood. Nevertheless, Kate has spoken out to say, "They're just amazing, resilient, loving kids."

After the Gosselins polish off all the turkey, potatoes and pie this week, they'll certainly be thinking about the most fair, fun way for the kids to spend Christmas with each parent. A source tells Radar a definite plan hasn't been firmed up between the exes, "but it could be a similar arrangement."

That's because they probably watched the show and found she has ZERO patience. Would you want a nurse like that? Not me.

I'm in Michael's corner, praying for him and know he can beat this disease. The chemo and radiation can be brutal, I know I just finished both simulraneously for esophageal cancer. I go tomorrow to see my surgeon and hopefully get a surgerty date to have my esophagus removed and my stomach pulled up into it's place. Two weeks ago I started to feel better and more like my old self. I know Michael can beat this. He's a warrior.

WHO CARES???????!!!!!!

Who said she cooks? She has an Organic Chef who makes all their food, three people to do the laundry, nannies that she is constantly replacing, gardener, housekeepers and a body guard.

@Anne:LOL! good one Anne, that made my day. @Deb: Good luck on your surgery. I will say a prayer for you and Michael. I am a one year cancer survior also. You are right, we should all be blogging on important issues not on these worthless, money-grabbing families that don't have their priorties straight.

Give it up - BOTH OF YOU!

With 8 kids you each need to pull your heads out and realize that there are other things in life besides your ego's and self-esteem. Do either of you have families that you have not already alienated? Think about it KATIE. I have one child and am very focused on a well-rounded upbringing for him. Family is an important part of this. Katie - why are you "celebrating" this holiday at home with the kids - alone? It appears that you don'y give a "D..." about family wrt the kids. You need to spend more time on re-shaping your mind rather than your over exposed body! I don't believe in hiding behind e-mails/electronics/etc - want to talk call 715 897-5574? Been there, seen that, done that!
