Hours after porn star Capri Anderson described her infamous night with Charlie Sheen on "Good Morning America,' Sheen filed a lawsuit claiming she's trying to extort him, RadarOnline.com reports. During her TV appearance early Monday, Anderson claims Sheen threw a lamp at her and grabbed her by the throat. The adult film star plans to file charges against the 'Two and a Half Men' star, according to her attorney. She is suing for battery, assault and false imprisonment.
In his own lawsuit filed late Monday, the 'Two and a Half Men' star states Anderson is trying "an attempted shakedown and extortion of the internationally known actor and celebrity Charlie Sheen." He goes on to describe her as "an opportunistic pornographic film star and publicity hungry scam artist."
Sheen also alleges that Anderson is merely out to get famous. He states in the suit: "after a consensual encounter with Sheen in the Plaza Hotel on the evening of October 25, 2010, [Anderson] decided this was her chance to become rich and famous."

Charlie uses his celebrity status to get away with physically harming women...he has done it before and will do it again until jailed for it. He is an entertaining actor, but still a low life in real life.

Yes, the man is clearly OUT OF CONTROL! He needs help, BIG time! Just because he is a (fallen)'star,' doesn't mean he can abuse women! No wonder his wife divorced him!
Hell, the woman doesn't even know how to spell extortion! Then again, Sheen can neither spell it or know the meaning. His law suit is merely an overused posturing maneuver his lawyer insisted they use to defame her. What other card would that loser be able to play??
No matter who said this, who said that Charlie needs alot of help. Help that has not worked thus far in all his attempts at drug/drink and sex rehab.
Charlie should not be allowed near his children or any woman at this point because he will do "something" to them and get away with it like he always does. Consensual meeting with this hooker? Denise was always right about him, and now that she is back pedalled she must be getting some nice deposits in her bank account.

The problem she has is that she didn't report any abuse in the original report. Charlie offered her 20K to settle which she did not take. So now he's proven she's extorting him. Had he not made an offer things might have been much different. Now she's a laughing stock. Charlie if nothing else is very street smart.

Clara - Charlie had earlier admitted that he owes her for the evening for which she was not paid! He offered her 20K verses the 12K she was due. In other words 8K more. Basically he covered his bases and she stepped right into a trap.
He offered that 20 thousand to her before she even hired a lawyer. He should be charged with bridery and pervasion of justice.
