And the saga continues. One day after Charlie Sheen filed a lawsuit suing her for attempted extortion, adult film actress Christina Walsh announced she is reconsidering filing her planned lawsuit against the TV star, RadarOnline.com reports. Walsh's attorney, Keith Davidson, released the following statement Tuesday: "Through the process of Ms. Walsh appearing on ABC's 'Good Morning America,' and finally issuing her public statement regarding the events of her night with Mr. Sheen, Ms. Walsh has experienced the natural emotions of many domestic violence victims... that of fear, anxiety and ultimately, a certain level of empowerment.
"Ms. Walsh has thus, and for the time being, opted to consult the New York City authorities regarding the events of October 26, 2010," he added.
Davidson concluded by denying that Walsh's change of heart had anything to do with Sheen's recently filed lawsuit. "Ms. Walsh's refrain from the issuance of any civil lawsuit is separate and apart from any consideration of Mr. Sheen's ludicrous lawsuit against her," he said.

She's scared as well she should be. Perjury charges could be the end result for her and I think this is what the NYC authorities are going to tell her. Backtracking now on her lack of claiming any abuse in her original report will prove too deep a hole to crawl out of.

No matter what Charlie Sheen does, or whatever he says, or plans on doing, he will get away with it - no matter what! Charlie is the highest paid actor on TV right now, on the highest rated show in the line-up on CBS. I feel bad for the girl that was in the wrong place at the wrong time, with most definitely, the worst possible person she could have been with! She didn't and doesn't have a chance! Also, if she thinks for one minute that Charlie's ex-wife, Denise Richards would be of help, think again. Denise's loyalties are with Charlie b/c of their daughters together. It's so f**ked up how Denise will go on and on about their "girls" and how she doesn't want them to see or hear anything about one of their parents! God forbid! lol. Anyway, like I said, I do feel bad for Capri, but she must have heard some crazy stories about Sheen, as there's many crazy stories out there about him, to be told!

I've always loved Sheen, and 2 1/2 men is my favorite show. But the facts are that he was out of control, and the neighbors called the police. He hired this young woman because he knew his X was gonna be there. He has issues! When the girl asked for more money, his ego lost it. Truthfully this girl's job is a lot harder than Charlies. He sells himself and asks for millions. It wouldn't hurt him to pay her more. But like I said he had issues concerning an X that left him and took millions. So he took it out on this hooker. So what if she asked for more money? Hasn't he ever asked for a raise? He was out of line, and I hope he gives her some money.

She was NOT a domestic violence victim. She was paid to be there...she is a prostitute plain and simple. This was just the risk of the trade. Sheen is an a**hole for sure, but these women only want his money...so too bad!

Is it me or is the notion that her lawyer calling Sheens's lawsuit ludicrus a tad over the top even for a lawyer to make unless of course he knows it to be ludicrus because he was hiding in the bathroom with this woman? Or is his downplaying of such a charge a sign of fear that if Sheen wins such a case that any future hope of a civil suit is well bent over and given it to like a porn star.

Again, If she had tbe brusies on her neck because he grabbed her like she says, they would have arrested him on the spot and the pictures would have been in the papers. That being said, Sheen needs help.

First of all, an adult film actress doesn not = hooker! Just look at Jenna Jameson. She is an adult film star and probably the most successful, and she doesn't sell her body on the streets to "johns" and she certainly doesn't have a pimp on hand, telling her where to go and what to do! Yes, I do too, feel somewhat bad for this girl, Capri, who was at the mercy of Charlie Sheen's wrath, and no human being deserves that, whether they're an adult film star, hooker, or Governer of Alaska!
