Taylor Momsen Benched From 'Gossip Girl'

'Gossip Girl' producers love drama, but seem unable to stand the headlines constantly surrounding star Taylor Momsen. According to Deadline Hollywood's anonymous sources, Momsen has been suspended from the show indefinitely because of her "offscreen antics."

Reps for the CW and Warner Bros. did not comment, but the report says Momsen is confirmed to miss at least four episodes, beginning with the show's Dec. 6 midseason finale. Momsen has only appeared in three episodes this season, though she is credited as a series regular.

In September, 'Project Runway' mentor Tim Gunn appeared on 'Gossip Girl' and didn't love Momsen's on-set attitude either, according to E! Online.

"What a diva!" Gunn said. "She was pathetic, she couldn't even remember her lines, and she didn't even have that many. I thought to myself, 'Why are we all being held hostage this brat?'"

anyone who watches gossip girl? i was wondering if she parades around like that on the show as well? like does she still wear all that make up and black clothes. i think this chick is basically the piggest poser in world's history. lol. she is so desperate for people to buy into her character. like she came out with that whole thing that she is so "dark" because of her upbringing. ya it must of been real sad getting everything you ever wanted, having house keepers and driving mercedes' when ur 14. ya seems real f-ing dark. she's so delusional she doesnt see what everyone else sees when she looks in the mirror. she must believe she'll be a success this way but no, you look like a train wreck.....gosh ok done with my rant.

@andrea her gossip girl character does wear dark makeup, have horrible clothes on and disgusting hair. This season has been so much better without her.
I think she is searching for attention and playing the "I'm different" card. I'm glad she's being suspended! She doesn't even fit into the Gossip Girl theme. Good riddance.

Yes, I watch it. She hasn't been relevant on the show since season 2. I'm glad they're writing her out. Check out YouTube and you can see how much she's gone downhill since the show began

it was called....she was the cutest little girl, now she is
horrid....has acted so much she is sick of it.

Jenny is the best-looking chick on the show. Serena is a horse face. Blair is a butt face. Obviously the producers must be gay. I'm boycotting all the show's sponsors until they bring back Jenny, get rid of horse face and butt face, and hire some straight producers. This is an outrage!

Her character on the show isn't quite as dark and trashy as she is in real life. However, her character IS just as whiney. I've enjoyed this season without her as a mainstay. Good riddance..

I have liked this season of Gossip Girl without Jenny being MIA for most of the season hope they keep it up and write out little miss J LOL.

Wake Up Call!!! Was Necessary!!! Hope she learns from it. When the paychecks stop, autograph seekers fewer, and fame stops then reality (real life) sets in. Treat people right, or you will see those you stepped on again.... on your way down as they go up.
