Gosselin Kids 'Doing Better' After Being Expelled

After two of Jon and
Kate Gosselin's children were
expelled from school earlier this month, sources tell
RadarOnline that Collin and Alexis, both 6, are "doing a lot better." The two children are still being home schooled after being asked to leave a private school in Pennsylvania. "It seems like they are happier now that they are receiving more attention to meet their needs," the source added.
"They've fought with their peers, called them nasty names and made fun of other kids," a source close to the family told
In Touch.
In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Kate spoke out about her kids. "Two of my children are being tutored at home, with a teacher who is working closely with our kindergarten teachers in school, doing the identical curriculum."
"The pressure was getting to them. You have the divorce anger mixed in with that ... The goal is to get them back into school as soon as possible," she added.
But this isn't the first time one of the Gosselins have been disciplined at school -- one of the sextuplet girls was previously suspended for hitting a classmate, the
New York Post reports.
Kate has previously stated that her divorce from Jon has caused the children stress, but overall the kids (twins Cara and Mady and sextuplets Alexis, Hannah, Leah, Aaden, Collin and Joel) are handling the split as well as can be expected.
All eight children will spend Thanksgiving with Kate at the family's Pennsylvania estate. Jon and the kids will celebrate on a different day -- possibly the day after Thanksgiving.

The children may be mortified that their mother now dresses like a hooker and has in effect, deprived them of their easy-going daddy. She seems so uptight I cannot but think the kids are revolting against all that mommy-fame-seeker is. My opinion.

Yeah their daddy was a horrible father AND husband. Who now romps with women half his age.. Such a great guy !
Your opinion is accepted but you cannot call a woman a hooker just because the way she is dressing... We shouldn't tolerate bashing women on the internet, especially a woman that has worked so hard raising all those children... Like my father used to say, if you have nothing good to say, then be quiet!! And me, personally, the "hooker" is the ex-husband jumping from one woman to another... Please have a little more respect for a young woman that is working very hard to give a decent life to so many children which she wasn't expecting... On the other hand, I think she dresses fine... I think you are envious!!
Sooooo true. You got that right.
Both parents are an absolute disgrace. In my opinion these children are being abused due to the exposure and obvious bad parenting. Dysfunction Junction should have been the name of their reality show. Please no more of this garbage on TV.
If she was the kind of mom she should be instead of using them to make money and letting a nanny take care of them, they would probably be much better.
Luis... You're a moron. I wish I could ship you where you belong.
Kate has met her goals...she had a litter and became famous. Now she has infamey. When I see her being condesending pulling on their faces and talking down to her kids instead of being nurturing it really makes me disgusted. I no longer watch her show. I will be glad when it goes off the air. Kaustic Kate and her horrid eight a shame they were such sweet kids till Jon left.
I totally agree with you....i use to think that she was a good mother and had to be so picky and bossy to protect her kids but now since she has been single yes she has been thinking of nothing but herself and putting the kids in the spotlight just to gain fame and fortune from them...i think the kids would be better off with someone who would really let them be normal kids
He didn't call her a hooker. He said she dresses like a hooker. There's a difference. Yes, women should be respected.. if they deserve respect. They don't get special treatment. It's just like everyone else. You have to earn respect, and behave in a respectful manner. She's a fame ho, and a beeotch, and a nutjob. How she looks and getting her face on camera is more important to her than her children. They're just her money ticket. She uses them. THAT does not deserve respect.
I agree with Nell She's not raising those children but exploiting them for money they bring in. Those kids are acting out because of being forced to work and not have lives like there friends do.
I just think that I agree with trudy. It's not really good to judge the mother by her dresses in relation to how she care for her children.
nellpost, I guess your talking about Angelina Jollie?
Those kids would all do better if Children's Services took custody of them.

They will work things out when they get older .I just wonder how much they saw between their mother and father when the camers were off....They have been infront of cameras their whole life.....
It's too late BT, these children are doomed with this moo-cow for a mother and that turnip for a father.
The last thing the children need is being taken by Children's Services. Yes. The family has problems but they are being addressed. Brief homeschooling is a good interim solution for Alexis and Collin. They may need more attention than their teacher can give. Hope Mady is seeing a therapist for her anger. Wish mom and dad would work harder on their anger issues. They have eight wonderful young children.
Oh yeah, Child Services has a terrific record of doing good things for kids. Are you smoking something funny?
Very few kids ever thrive under Family and Children's Services. they seem very happy with their mom.
Have you ever seen what happens to kids in CPS? They would NOT be better off with them. Therapy maybe, but not CPS.
