Gosselin Kids 'Doing Better' After Being Expelled

After two of Jon and Kate Gosselin's children were expelled from school earlier this month, sources tell RadarOnline that Collin and Alexis, both 6, are "doing a lot better." The two children are still being home schooled after being asked to leave a private school in Pennsylvania. "It seems like they are happier now that they are receiving more attention to meet their needs," the source added.

"They've fought with their peers, called them nasty names and made fun of other kids," a source close to the family told In Touch.

In an interview with Entertainment Tonight, Kate spoke out about her kids. "Two of my children are being tutored at home, with a teacher who is working closely with our kindergarten teachers in school, doing the identical curriculum."

"The pressure was getting to them. You have the divorce anger mixed in with that ... The goal is to get them back into school as soon as possible," she added.

But this isn't the first time one of the Gosselins have been disciplined at school -- one of the sextuplet girls was previously suspended for hitting a classmate, the New York Post reports.

Kate has previously stated that her divorce from Jon has caused the children stress, but overall the kids (twins Cara and Mady and sextuplets Alexis, Hannah, Leah, Aaden, Collin and Joel) are handling the split as well as can be expected.

All eight children will spend Thanksgiving with Kate at the family's Pennsylvania estate. Jon and the kids will celebrate on a different day -- possibly the day after Thanksgiving.

I think that KATE took alot of Money from the show and John was "BROW Beatened by his wife.
She needs to get a real job and have a Baby Sitter and work 40 hrs a week.
I am sure that "Wal-Mart" is hiring and she could be working in the Custodian department cleaning out the Womens Department,like the TOILETS, after all, she is dressed for the part.
She should Donate that money to the "LUPUS Foundation/Vasculitus Foundation/RSD Foundation/American Pain Foundation and I am sure that she will still have MONEY LEFT.

advise to the Gosselin parents: spend quality time with your children instead of promoting yourselves (Dancing w the Stars, book signings, girlfriends)and you would be amazed how the children respond. Their actions are a cry for attention,you brought them into this world , pay attention to them. BOTH OF YOU GOSSELIN PARENTS. Greed has gotten you to this point, someday you will regret chosing the almighty dollar than your childrens crys for attention.

Fighting, calling nasty names and making fun of the Gosselins and any poster that doesn't agree with the author. Be careful what you say, hypocrite.

It you look at the examples they had, the manufactured life they lived for so many years, and the world's most toxic bully as a mother, why should they live in anything other than an elitist world where it is okay to belittle others and bullying is a way of life. Great work Kate! You're raising yourself. I only ho[pe you can see that, give up the ego and the show, and allow your children a normal life.

As a divorced mother of two adult children, a little advise Kate,
you need to stop blaming everything on the divorce at some point.
You have a long way to go with your children, so you need to stop being in the spot light and devote every minute to them, or you will have more problems than you have now.

kate wants all the attention with her low cut shirts and short skirts, the children are dressed and well covered but not old kate, the other shows on tv like the duggers the mom doesnt go half necked, i used to feel so sorry for john the way kate was so rude to him like he had no feelings and the more she was rude to john the more ignorant she looked, i wish i could help withe kids.

i think it is sickening for two PARENTS to put their SELFISH desires ahead of their childrens NEEDS, which is to provide them with a safe and happy HOME with TWO parents, not bouncing between mom and dad like packages instead of people...divorces are a dime a dozen and the innocent KIDS always pay the price! if the parents can't be happy together, then they need to go get counseling and to make CHANGES instead of getting divorced. go live your SEPARATE lives AFTER you raise your kids... NOT BEFORE...!!!

Sadly, it ISN'T normal kid behavior. It is the behavior of confused kids asking for help. It is all part of the price they must pay at the expense of an egotistical mother with Hollywood aspirations and a drive to get what she wants that supercedes anything else in her life.
