Charlie Sheen Spends 'Wonderful' Thanksgiving With Denise and Kids

EXCLUSIVE: Bad boy Charlie Sheen may be hard up for things to be thankful for after his infamous night out in October with a porn starlet in NYC, but he does have one person to be grateful for: his ex-wife Denise Richards, who invited the all-alone star over to celebrate Thanksgiving with his girls Sam and Lola.

"Charlie spent the afternoon eating turkey with Denise and their two daughters," a close friend of Sheen's reveals to me. "It was a wonderful time for them all to be together and Denise's idea that they all sit down together as one happy family as if that awful night had never happened."

Except that "awful night" did happen (on Oct. 26) and the consequences of which are still biting him. Charlie filed a lawsuit against Capri Anderson (an adult film actress whose real name is Christine Walsh) alleging that she tried to extort $1 million from him after a "consensual encounter" in a New York hotel room.

"This case involves a shakedown and extortion ... by an opportunist pornographic film star and publicity-hungry scam artist," says the lawsuit filed four days ago just hours after Capri told ABC's 'Good Morning America' that she was a victim of assaulted, battered and held against her will by Sheen.

"It's clear the night in New York is far from over," an insider tells me, "but at least for one day that topic wasn't discussed over the Thanksgiving table. All Denise wanted was for her children to spend the holidays with their father. If she has to testify about what she was doing that night, she will, but for one day they all focused on what they had to be thankful for. Each other."

Happy Thanksgiving Charlie, sounds like you should be very thankful for Denise.

I just hate to read, or hear, someone calling others names.
I know people dont care for Denise, I am no fan of either one of these people. But the fact is, these two have young children.
So for Charile to have his Thanksgiving dinner with his ex, and their two children is sweet. The fact is also, he has burned all of his bridges, so this was probably the only family that wanted him around, other than his father.
I hope these two can keep a relationship going for their selves, and mostly for those kids. I dont mean for them to remarry, just to keep everything clean for everyone involved. This is probably the most honorable thing Charlie has done in may years. Only because he had no other choice..

what about his other family....his other two kids....and yeah, as long as he isn't intimate with Denise anymore...who cares what he does?

Denise is a jerk. After divorcing him & outlining all of his fault, she now (last few weeks) is defending him. She deserves whatever bad things happen to her in this desired relationship. She's selfish enough to not give her children top priority.

I love Charlie's TV series. In fact, I learned to like Charlie. He is a bad boy more than once. I hope he learned his lessons and be in love again with Denise, Denise still shows some affection for him. This may straighten him out. I hope his TV show will go on forever, it is really a great show, I yearn for it. Good luck bad boy! and stop the bad boy!!

Remember, Denise Richards chose this character to be the father of her kids. That tells you all you need to know about how much she cares about her kids.

Well, my opinion is that Denise should be thanked for thinking of the family and having Charlie over so he could be with them. She is a wonderful person and though Charlie has some troubling times, overall, he and they are blessed and that is what it's all about. Think about the big picture and how blessed we are.
