Kim Kardashian Pleaded With God to Stop Her Breasts From Growing

Kourtney, Kim and Khloe Kardashian can now add author to their long and varied resumes. Their tome, entitled 'Kardashian Konfidential,' is a fun and breezy read that traces their childhood and offers lots of beauty and style tips. It's also teeming with photos and letters that the girls have penned to each other through the years. It seems their tight sisterly bond is not just for the camera. The trio spoke to PopEater in the middle of a hectic New York book tour.

Kim, you write in 'Kardashian Konfidential' how you had a hard time with your body as a young girl.
Kim: Kourtney used to torture me and think I was odd because I had big boobs. I was 11 when I got my period and I started developing. I would sit in the bathtub, take a washcloth, put it under really hot water and put it against my boobs and pray to God, please don't make my boobs grow any bigger. And Kourtney would be like, "Your boobs are so big and ugly!" She was so mean and then I would have to wear a bra and she would say, "Who wears a bra? That's so disgusting." It was so embarrassing.

Do you hate it when people say you're famous for being famous?
Khloe: I don't hate it. I just don't really understand it. I don't care what people think really, but I do think in my opinion we've worked really hard to be where we are. It's not like we just sit there posing on the red carpet.
Kourtney: I think maybe at first we heard that more often, but people who watch the show see how hard we work and how we have different companies.

Who picks on whom most?
Khloe: I think Kourtney and I team up on Kim a lot.
Kim: I just realized we're all wearing black and leopard print.
Khloe: Duh. Normally 80 percent of the time it's me and Kourtney against Kim. We like to keep her level-headed. You might be stunning, little one, but you're not all that. (Snaps her fingers). We make her cry sometimes. I think it's a buildup thing though. It's not that we're that mean, it's just like two weeks of picking on her and on the fifteenth day she starts crying.
Kourtney: I think we make her cry once every two years.
Kim: I was just going to say it's once every two years.

Kim, are you as boy crazy as the media paints you?
Kim: No. Well, call it what you want, but this is the first time that I've been single since, well you know, I was married at 18,19. I've always jumped from relationship to relationship and they've lasted years. I'm trying to make a pact. I'm trying to be single the whole year of me being 30.

Didn't you just turn 30?
Kim: Yes, it's hard. I've got a way to go.
Kourtney: I've never met someone so boy crazy.
Khloe: It's not that she's going on a million dates. It's that she's so obsessed with guys. She looks at magazines and she's like, "Oh my God, isn't that guy hot?" And I'm like, "Whatever, where does this come from?"
Kourtney: I think she likes to have fun and she likes to text and it's very playful and innocent.

Kourtney, is it hard not to buy Mason everything?
Kourtney: Yeah, you want them to have everything but I'm also thinking, wait he won't use that until he's five. So it's like how long do I want this thing in my life?
Khloe: She's throwing him a one-year-old birthday party and she's going a little crazy.
Kourtney: I want to do a circus carnival.
Khloe: I'm thinking a one-year-old won't know.
Kourtney: It's for everyone that comes. It's a celebration of his first year.

You guys endorse a lot of stuff. Anything you've turned down?
Khloe: I've been offered sex stuff like vibrators.
Kourtney: I was offered lubes because when you're breastfeeding it makes you dry.
Kim: Eww. I've been offered butt enhancement pills.

You know what I see for you guys? A cartoon show.
Kourtney: We've been in talks for that.

Kourtney, you gave Bruce a really hard time when he married your mom.
Kourtney: For me, I felt guilty like I was doing something against my dad if I was nice to Bruce. I think the thing that helped me was that my dad and Bruce got along. It set the way for me. Like, "Oh if he's getting along with him, then maybe he's not that bad," and Bruce couldn't be a nicer guy. It really had nothing to do with him. He would sit there and try to have these heart to hearts, saying, "I'm on your side," and I was like, "No!" I was so mean. I always said I needed to write a letter apologizing and I think I did once on Father's Day.
Khloe: That's what's so cool about this book, it's from three different perspectives. I'm five years younger than Kourtney, so her experience with Bruce and mine are like night and day.

What are the lessons from the book for young girls?
Kim: Stay true to who you are. Not everyone has a big family like we do. We encourage strong family values. It sounds kind of cheesy to say "girl power," but that's really what we represent.
Khloe: People think we've always been these glamorous people, but we've all had the same insecurities and struggles as any teen has. We wanted to highlight it. Everyone has insecurities and problems. No one is perfect but embrace what you have and the family God has given you and enjoy it.

Khloe, is Mason going to get a little cousin soon?
Khloe: Eventually. I can't tell you when. I wish I had that psychic power, but soon. I'm trying for ya.

I love Kim and have watched the show for about two years. It is light and sometimes funny. Khloe is a potty mouth and is so rude; someone needs to wash her mouth out with soap; she is an amozon freak.
I like Kourtney, fine, have a hard time liking Scott; the brother is so sweet and probably has had a hard time w/those three older sisters. The two younger girls by Jenner are very cute and will take their place in the press before long. And, Kris? I think she is on the verge of a midlife crisis; I liked her at first, but now she is getting on my nerves; always wanting to 'go out'; or so impressed with some BOY! Heck girl you are old enough to be most of their mothers if not, grandmother!!!!
