Eminem Leads With 10 Nominations for 2011 Grammys

Eminem is the man to beat at the 2011 Grammy Awards as he walked away with 10 nominations announced yesterday at the Grammy Nominations Concert Live event.

The rap star's nominations included Album of the Year for 'Recovery' and his song featuring Rihanna 'Love the Way You Lie' was nominated for both Song of the Year and Record of the Year.

Bruno Mars was the second highest nominee with seven nominations. Lady Gaga, Jay-Z and Lady Antebellum all walked away with six nominations. Best New Artist nominees include Justin Bieber and Drake.

Michael Jackson is also nominated for Best Male Pop Vocal Performance for the song 'This Is It'.

But surprisingly absent from the nominations list was Ke$ha who wasn't even nominated for Best New Artist.

The 2011 Grammy nominees were announced last night during the CBS' Grammy Nominations Concert Live event hosted by LL Cool J, with performances from Katy Perry, Justin Bieber and Miranda Lambert.

The 53rd Annual Grammy Awards will be held on February 13 at the Staples Center in Los Angeles.

I am so glad the grammys recognizes true talent!!!! I happend to catch Bruno Mars Tuesday night on the Soul Train Awards and I was blown away!!!! He not only sang a great song, he sang it like a true artist in the music game!!!! I would have to say he is one of the best male artists in music right now. Don't believe me? Go take a listen. I hope he wins everything.

dont you think he's a little over rated. only song he had that was really grammy material this year is the one with rhianna. and he did'nt even sell a million albums the first week like the real pop stars do.

Anybody know who the grammy judges are? I don't care if they have a masters degree or are big time music executives. What's happening to us? To think that Eminem is someone to respect and look up to as a role model is sad. He spews out garbage. The grammys and every other awards show are more about popularity than it is music.

The Grammy is "FAKE" and bias...there are so many GREAT artist that can really sing and perform that's not getting air play or ANY media attention....What a SHAME...!! It use to be political Bull S... was swept under cover ...now you can plainly see all the BULL....Why even bother to have the Grammys if it is not a representative of "TALENT" and not fair....The Grammmys now represents "Druggies and Freaks" what shame the Grammys has been CHEAPEN....I'll never watch it again!
