Jenny McCarthy Splits from Boyfriend of Four Months

Attention all single guys: former Playboy bunny Jenny McCarthy is back on the market! The actress-activist-author and her boyfriend of four months, Jason Toohey, have split, E! Online.com reports. "It's true," McCarthy's rep told the website.

The former couple began dating early this summer and even shared a house together in Las Vegas. Toohey, a former fitness model, resides in Las Vegas and once starred as a pirate in Treasure Island's 'Sirens of TI' show. He is also the founder of Eyedews, an under-eye mask treatment.

Things seemed to be going well with the couple as recently as last month when she told PEOPLE: "I have been so open and truthful in this relationship--it is amazing. If he wants Chinese [food] and I don't, I say it. If he wants to go out and I want to stay in and watch 'Dancing with the Stars,' I tell him so. Sometimes we both want to play poker and we have a blast at home."

E!Online reports that McCarthy didn't seem too down after the breakup. She was spotted Saturday night at television producer Jennifer Klein's holiday party dancing the night away.

Prior to pairing up with Toohey, McCarthy dated funnyman Jim Carrey for five years before splitting in April.

Jenny McCarthy is so impressed with herself, she is of the opinion that no man is good enough for her. You need to be beautiful inside as well as outside - her beauty is only skin deep. I doubt if there is any man who would want a relationship with her - they only last for five minutes.

why is everybody so hateful about her? she must have been pretty great for Carey to stay 5 yrs; he could have anybody he wants. If you've ever seen her mother her autistic son you can see the caring person she is. people always want to hate the hot chic.

She may care about mom and child and she well uses her child as a cash cow making money off all her work for "his autism" but she is definitely challenged in having a long term relationship with a significant other...and how do you think having men in and out of her life affects her child? Bet the kid is waiting for her to get bored and tired of him or whatever excuse she gives him when she tells him she has dumped her latest boyfriend.
