Usher should have a dress code for the ladies he brings on stage: no heels! During the middle of a performance on Monday night at Madison Square Garden, the crooner lied down on a couch with an ecstatic female fan who, when trying to re-position herself, whipped her stilettos into Usher's nose.
The singer was fine and made a joke about it afterwards, but it made for a funny incident on video. Usher got pretty touchy with the fan on stage, pressing her body against his and kissing her cheek while singing. The fan tried to redeem herself by rubbing Usher's face, but it wasn't necessary.
See a video of the incident:
The 'Yeah!' star has been getting a little roughed up on his current 'OMG Tour.' He suffered an injury on Dec. 10 from another incident in Newark, NJ and was forced to cancel his next show in Norfolk, VA. The injury wasn't disclosed, but Usher broke the sad news to his awaiting fans the following day via Twitter. The Madison Square Garden concert was the next show for Usher, making for back-to-back bumpy concerts.
Usher is on tour until March, so may we suggest wearing bubble wrap from now on?
Usher was a good sport about it. I feel for this poor girl, 'cause knowing me, I know its something I probably would have done and then of course died:)))
Usher are the best never poor baby, the girls looked rough on our man Usher let him do it please like my girl Jordin Sparks did we know he can do it but fan take a chance move around with heel on him be careful fan he only human too...
"...the crooner lied down on a couch with an ecstatic female fan" So, was Usher lying to the fan? Or did Jett Wells flunk the HELL out of 4th grade Grammar? SMH!
Usher is a true gentleman, he shook it off and just went on with the song after the initial shock of getting kick in the nose. Good job Usher, excellant. PS hope your nose is ok.
You know what, if he hadn't been trying to do something so STUPID on stage, this never would have happened. It was EXTREMELY inappropriate to be lying down with a strange woman on a couch on stage but then I don't think he falls into the category of performers who are known for their exceptional moral values. I guess I'm one of those people who believe there is a time and place for everything and a person for everything. On a stage in front of an audience of people isn't even an appropriate place for a husband and wife to by lying around together. It's just disgusting how in our world anything goes any more and then when terrible stuff happens everyone yells about God not being there and how awful it is when if most people had acted like a decent human being to begin with most of what the rest of us have to deal with would have never happened. I have no sympathy for him at all. I hope the kick in the head knocked some sense into him and he won't try such an idiotic stunt again. Grow up people! Probably most of the crowd would have been thrilled if they had started having sex right then and there in front of them, is that next?
Geez, you should change your name to "Basketcase". That was no where near "having sex onstage" - it was appropriate, cute and fun for the fan and the audience. You have a dirty mind. Probably even dirtier than Prince (who does have a wicked awesome stage show!)
I am 51 and Usher Raymond is a fine young man.

it is doubtful you would have died. The injury wasn't too serious.

Although I don't care for this type of music, I'd have to say that he was pretty cool about the incident. His reaction to it was impressive.

That was funny, but he still had a good laugh about it.

The fan tried to redeem herself by rubbing Usher's pud but it did no good, it was as good as dead!

"The crooner lied down?!" What kind of English is that? "Laid down" is not correct either. The crooner "lay" down is correct!

I agree 100%, these are the beginning of sorrows, people selling their souls and fogetting righteousness for vanity and corruption.
