Playmate Jayde Nicole Settles Lawsuit With Joe Francis

Playboy model Jayde Nicole has put the drama with alleged attacker Joe Francis behind her, so the two can go back to doing what they do best -- posing naked and convincing girls to pose naked, respectively.

The playmate has settled her lawsuit with the 'Girls Gone Wild' founder, whom she had previously accused of assaulting her at Hollywood's Guys and Dolls nightclub in the summer of 2009. As a condition of their agreement, both parties must refrain from discussing the terms of the settlement.

RadarOnline reports that although Nicole once had the full support of her former flame, Brody Jenner, who corroborated her account of the attack, she is now incensed because Jenner has apologized to Francis and is now denying that the assault took place.

Following the incident last year, Jenner, who reportedly punched Francis and was subsequently tased, tweeted, "Joe Francis beat up my lady this morning for no reason! Pulled her to the ground, punched & kicked her..what does that say about him. How can you call yourself a man when you beat up a girl?? Joe Francis is a piece of sh*t. Joe Francis needs to be in jail!!!"

Jenner is now singing a different tune, however. In an apology letter to Francis, the former 'Hills' star wrote, "I would like to acknowledge for the record that media reports that you beat up Jayde Nicole that night were completely inaccurate. I have always known you to be a gentleman and I'm very sorry that you were wrongly accused that night."

According to a Radar source, Jenner, who had filed his own assault suit against the 'Girls Gone Wild' founder, settled on the condition he issue a written apology to Francis.

"While Nicole is happy that this is over once and for all, she feels she would never have placed herself in a situation where she had to write a public apology like her former boyfriend did" says the source.

Sadly he sound pretty typical of the male population which is sad & pathetic. Very few men are left these days & no remotely act like or admire francis or even jenner. Even funny is that women put up with it though & thus nothing changes. A guy can treat a woman right & with respect & still be wild adventurious & even a little bad boyish at the same time. Nothing manly about disrespecting women.

the video shows that jayde pours a drink on him and a girlfriend of hers hits joe on the side of his face. She deserved what she got. You cant go around doing anything you want to people.

While Francis is not saint, the video clearly shows that Jayde and her friend started it....so she shouldn't be surprised if it excalated...if they would have just let him walk past them, nothing wouls have happened, right?

What's wrong with Joe Francis' films? The women in them seem to enjoy it more than any male viewer I know...

LOL I always knew jenner was gay & a puss. How does any guy call himself a man for beating slapping let alone beating or kicking a woman of any size or age but more important who can call themselves a man for letting the woman be their friend let alone a girlfriend seriously man up & defend her even if she can do it herself. Anyone beating a woman deserves a good drawing & quartering Francis should have been in traction in a jail hospital. What a puss they both are even if it is only Jayde Nicole. Typical Male response though for both guys poster boys for democrats & chairman Oba mao. 753 days left til he's out.
