'Teen Mom' star Amber Portwood continues to make headlines--though this time it's not for getting arrested, underage drinking or having her daughter taken away. On Friday, RadarOnline.com released an exclusive photo featuring Portwood sporting a full-torso tattoo--of her 2-year-old daughter Leah.

In an effort to help show that she loves her daughter and never wants her taken away again, Portwood showed off a colorful tattoo that features Leah's face surrounded by roses. The tattoo looks incomplete, with some of the flowers not fully colored in.

A source tells RadarOnline that it's her first tattoo and that "she got the tattoo as a way to show her commitment to Leah."

Portwood's had some tough times recently. She was charged with felony domestic violence after hitting Leah's father, Gary Shirley, on an episode of 'Teen Mom.' Then the Department of Child Protective Services got involved and her daughter was temporarily made a ward of the state. Leah was recently returned to Portwood after she cleaned up her house and bought her a bed.
