Gwyneth Paltrow's mother, actress Blythe Danner, told PopEater the family will gather for the holidays and cooking will be central. "We'll all be together with lots of music, singing, playing games and eating food," Danner said. "My daughter is a great cook. She cooked five ducks for my birthday two years ago, so who knows what delicious food she'll have in store for Christmas."
RadarOnline.com learned exclusively that Ellen DeGeneres and wife Portia de Rossi are cruising for a great time -- the couple is opting for a Caribbean cruise with their families. Check out the holiday plans of dozens more stars after the jump!

Jessica Simpson says she'll split time between Texas and Boston. "Being newly engaged, we'll probably have to split it up between Boston and Texas. We'll just be traveling around. Taylor Swift will likely rock around the Christmas tree when they spend time with her family in Nashville. "I love winter. I love Christmas," she recently told MTV. "When I was a little kid and I was growing up, they'd always have a Santa Claus guy show up and take everybody's wishes or what they wanted for Christmas."
The Brangelina bunch haven't decided where they'll spend the holidays, but it will be abroad. Angelina Jolie said on 'Larry King Live' that the family spends one year at home and one year abroad and this is the year to travel, but they haven't picked a Christmas location yet.
Pint-sized pop prodigy Greyson Chance told PopEater he loves Christmas and will be returning home to Oklahoma. "You think it's tacky when people would put up those icicle things? Come to Oklahoma -- tacky is like redefined. They're totally like what's the movie, 'National Lampoon's'? There are so many of those Chevy Chase houses in Oklahoma, especially in Edmond," he said. "We put up lights too, but something always goes bad with our lights, so I'm excited to see what it is this year."
Mariah Carey and husband Nick Cannon won't head to Aspen, Colorado as they've done in the past. Carey, pregnant with twins, told Extra: "I can't go there this year because of the altitude. We're figuring it out. Looking at different options."
Carey recently sang a Christmas duet with her vocal coach mother. See it here:

We don't see each other all the time but we're very tight. I also decorated the front of my New York City home for Christmas. That was fun! My daughter and I put real candy canes in front so people who walk by can help themselves. We did a classic Christmas tree in front of the house and white flashing lights. Each year on our Christmas ornaments we write each person's name or initials in glitter, so I'm STAM for Sonja Tremont Adams Morgan. We do everyone's initials and we have little stockings for the dogs and put doggie treats inside."
Actor Michael Patrick Thornton, who plays Dr. Gabriel Fife on 'Private Practice' and will next be seen in the Ron Howard film 'The Dilemma,' tells Radar: "I'm looking forward to: Cooking for my parents and Cincinnati in-laws-to-be; the Black Keys concert; putting on Johnny Mathis and opening some great wines; and doing all of these things with [fiancee] Lindsey.
