Lisa Rinna and Harry Hamlin Trying for Another Baby!

Lisa Rinna and Harry Hamlin, married since 1997 and proud parents of two beautiful daughters, are trying to add another baby to their happy family, a friend of the couple's reveals to me.

"The timing is just perfect now and the girls are at a great age," says the insider, referring to 12-year-old Delilah Belle and Amelia Gray, 9. Plus, with the success of their reality show 'Harry Loves Lisa,' a second season with such a built-in storyline would be as compelling as it gets.

"How much fun would it be to watch these two as they prepare for another child?" the friend asks.

I know what you're thinking, and can assure you that viewers would not actually get to see Harry love Lisa, but sources tell me the 47-years-young Lisa will be happy to let camera's follow through the pregnancy. Same with Harry, who turned 59 in late October.

Pregnancy-themed reality shows are ratings gold, no doubt, even when they are draped in tragedy such as Giuliana and Bill Rancic's heartbreaking journey to have a child. More recently, viewers couldn't stop watching Bethenny Frankel get married AND have a baby during her Bravo series, 'Bethanny Getting Married.'

Not surprisingly, one TV executive calls the prospect of accompanying Lisa and Harry on a journey to have a child a "great idea" for their show.

That said, sources close to Lisa tell me if they are lucky enough to have another baby it will because they want to and NOT because of a reality show.

When I reached out to Lisa, she wouldn't flat-out confirm the baby news just yet, but did say, "In the mean time all I can say is trying is the fun part. Wink."

I think this is ridiculous. She's 47, she has healthy growing children. I think having babies under similar situations is just an attention getter--hollywood gets sicker and sicker. It's one big phony disneyland.

You are right. They are clearly doing this in hopes of snagging a second season of their "reality" show. That's a great reason to bring a child into the world.

Having a child for the sole purpose of boosting TV ratings is self-serving, narcissistic, and despicable. These two desperate has-beens can proclaim all they want that they're not doing it to keep themselves in the media. We're not stupid. People like this make me sick.

I always get a bit grossed out when I see these two together and when they are photographed making-out it's too much to handle. They just look like they could be brother and sister. Same problem with Billy Crudup and Claire Danes. Just an observation.

I agree with everyone who says NO to this baby thing. Want to bet she would even have twins like all the other celbs who do invitro. Yes to raise the ones you have and prepare for grand parenting which is just around the corner. I guess when you really have no great talent and want to remain in show biz you will do about anytihing to keep your name out there.

Those two would do just about anything to be in the limelight.Her more so them him.Saw them on an interview,he didn't know what she was talking about. Made me think she makes things up as she goes.

What are they thinking? She is too damn old and a has-been, and he is too damn old and also a has-been. Neither of them are paying enough attention to the children they already have and to "pretend" they are anxious to have more children so their reality show can follow her through the pregnancy is unconscionable. Get these shows off the air .. put these has-beens back in their closets and let the media stop paying attention to them.

They are just being selfish! Just like the 19 kids and counting parents (Jim & Michelle Duggar), Kate Gosselin and all those others who just wanted more kids for the publicity! Jim & Michelle Duggar are risking the health of their children and Michelle for pure selfishness. Kate is a terribly mean person. Harry & Lisa need the money

I've never watched the show..as far as having another child at her age..I get it. I'm that age and have never had children so pershaps they might be having the "I'm getting old" syndrome. I do agree with most of you that the media seems to be an attention getter for them, that's not gonna last..Who knows..maybe it's a personal decion that we are only privy to with the media hype..They are out there and we are responding to this stuff..lol..

At 47 she is undoubtedly in menopause. Good grief, this is ridulous. I am female and 59 and certainly NOT this stupid.

The chances of her getting pregnant are slim, thank God, AND the chances of a baby with Down Syndrome or other difficulties are too good to do this.

It's just stupid and perhaps they are using it to benefit their show storylines but that's it. Let's hope so!
