The actor, who stars in the upcoming film 'The Dilemma,' has been excited about becoming a dad since beginning his relationship with Weber, telling PEOPLE last year, "It's the first time that I really want to have kids."

A friend of the couple says that the pair are thrilled about becoming parents, telling PEOPLE, "Both of them couldn't be happier to welcome their sweet little girl into their family!"
