Oops! 'Teen Mom' Amber Regrets Getting Huge Tattoo

Headline-making 'Teen Mom' star Amber Portwood made a dramatic gesture last week by getting an enormous portrait of her 2-year-old daughter Leah tattooed on her torso. But with all that ink barely dry, friends tell me she's already regretting it!

"Amber wanted to prove that she never wanted to lose custody of her daughter again, but had no idea how painful and sore she would be," an insider tells me. "Now she is having to sleep on her back or right-hand side and can't take it anymore."

Amber's life has been a roller coaster since appearing on the ginormous MTV show. The 20-year-old mother has been charged with domestic violence for allegedly assaulting her baby's father, Gary Shirley, and even lost custody of her baby for a while after The Department of Child Protective Services placed Leah with her father until Amber purchased her a proper bed.

"In that moment it seemed like a great idea to get a tattoo and show the entire world how much she loved Leah, but now it doesn't seem like such a great decision," a friend of Amber's tells me. "When the pain goes away Amber will be left with a massive picture of a baby's face on her stomach."

Now that it's mentioned, that will be a pretty awkward moment when some guy she's dating looks down at her stomach and sees a little girl staring back at him! Talk about a mood killer!

Like I've said before, children shouldn't be having children and now we can add tattoos to that as well.

What the hell is the matter with this generation?? I cant believe some of things some of them do. How about preparing for some kind of future in the world you're taking up space in?

umm, she's missing a nail on her thumb but got a tattoo that probably costs more than her rent on her stomach and doesn't even look like her kid

First of all, terrible artist! Doesn't even look like her daughter. Second...Why on earth would you get a tattoo that big in that area of your body? Although I hope she NEVER has another child if she does can you imagine how worse that already hideous tattoo will look? Third...Even if you don't get pregnant again do you actually believe you will stay the same weight for the rest of your life? Again that already awful tattoo is going to stretch and just get worse. LOL

I feel real bad for Leah and should be with Gary, but no one here seem to realize that Amber is a cvery sick girl and needs help. Ecveryone seems to throw stones at her rather than understand how obvious it is that she could use help rather than critizism. And this does not mean that Leah should go back to her right now.

Wow i hope she sues that tatoo artist as that has to be one of the worse tats I have ever seen.. Now she is suppossedly pregnant hows that kids stretched face gonna look after she has that one lol yeah and for a guy thats gonna make him feel like a child molester to see that and if it doesn't he may actually be one.. Someone take the lead paint chips away from this idiot girl.

I'm sure someone else has said this before...
But why in the hell does she have the money to pay for something like this, get a fake tan, and pay to get her nails done? Why doesn't she have the money to pay for her daughter's bed? That's a shame. People like her shouldn't have kids. I had my son when I was 21, but I've sacrificed EVERYTHING to make his life good. The things I used to buy I can't anymore. I give the money to him or spend it on him! Amber, you really need help.
