Tim McGraw Struggles Finding Christmas Gifts for Faith Hill

Just because he's a superstar doesn't mean that Tim McGraw has it any easier than us when it comes to finding the perfect Christmas gift. Tim and wife Faith Hill celebrated their 14 year wedding anniversary October 6, but the years haven't made finding her presents any simpler.

"We were both very lucky and we both had really good careers when we got married, so you go in for the big things at first because you can afford it," Tim explained last week on 'The Ellen DeGeneres Show'. "You're married, and it was like, 'We just got married ... I can buy her this cool stuff.' Then every year after, you run out of things to get, so it starts to become smaller stuff."

The years bring creativity, though, right? "Finally, it gets the the point where it's like, 'You get me a pair of socks, and I'll get you a pair of socks, and we'll call it even,'" Tim continued, as the audience giggled." Well as a guy, we know that never works. Maybe a pair of socks with a diamond earring or two stuck to it ... something like that."

McGraw continues "You're always prepared for the fallback as a guy. If they say, 'Oh you don't have to get me anything,' you really know better. You should know better than that; if you don't, then you really won't have to worry about it next Christmas because she won't be around!"

Tim's latest movie, 'Country Strong,' hits theaters December 22 in Nashville and Los Angeles. The movie opens nationwide January 7'. Tim co-stars with Gwyneth Paltrow and Leighton Meister.

Oh what a huge problem to have when you have the kind of money they have. Of course, they have earned it and I have bought many of their CD's over the years. But it seems Tim & Faith are going a little too Hollywood here lately and I hope it doesn't interfere with their marriage.

Oh I feel so sorry for them. With all the money they have, he can buy her anything but they have earned their money and I have spent some of mine on their CD's; I just hope they don't getting too Hollywood on us with Tim being in so many movies in the past few years.

Tim, For the girl who has everything; Spa day for a day of pampering, or a trip for two on a romantic getaway....or both!

I get this! My husband and I have been together for so long, have raised our family and been blessed in many ways. We really have all we need in one another and our kids and have built a nice home together. So what else do we really need or want? Another sweater or pair of gloves? At this point, we're past the gifting to impress phase and exchanging something small is really enough. Merry Christmas everyone!

I know what Faith Hill could give her 2nd husband Tim McGraw for Christmas. She could stopping use her FIRST HUSBANDS NAME OF HILL. She and Dan Hill were married for 7 years but they are divorced now and she is married to Tim McGraw. Why not get rid of the First Husbands Name of Hill, and call herself Faith McGraw. That would be a great gift!
