Wedding bells will soon ring for Ginnifer Goodwin, as the 'He's Just Not That Into You' star has decided to settle down with someone who is clearly into her.

The actress, 32, and her new fiance, 34-year-old actor Joey Kern, tell People.com, "We couldn't be happier than to celebrate our engagement over the holidays with our families."

Kern, who has appeared in 'Sex and the City' on HBO and the films 'Cabin Fever' and 'Grind,' reportedly proposed to his girlfriend of two years with an engagement ring he designed, and the couple are planning nuptials to take place next fall. As for where they'll tie the knot, chances are it could very well be a Southern wedding: Goodwin, who shot to fame on HBO's 'Big Love,' grew up in Tennessee, while her future husband is from Kentucky.
