Just like when they tackled E*TRADE in a privacy invasion lawsuit, TMZ reports Lindsay Lohan's mom is going after the producers of the alleged biopic 'Dogs in Pocketbooks,' which is reportedly set to star Jeff Goldblum's girlfriend, model Lydia Hearst.

"They are again using her likeness without her being compensated," Lohan's family lawyer, Stephanie Ovadia, said in response to the case. "Not only that, but they are advertising the fact that they are using her likeness."

When Dina says, "anyone bringing negativity will be dealt with accordingly," we know she means business. Back in September, the Lohans settled with E*TRADE after its Super Bowl commercial supposedly referenced LiLo in damaging way.
