Kate Gosselin Makes New Year's Resolution (Look Out, Fellas!)

Kate Gosselin certainly had a dramatic year in 2010, but now she's looking to put her past behind her and focus on 2011 with a surprising New Year's resolution to find a new man.

"No one wants to be a single parent," a friend of Kate's tells me. "So much of 2010 has been about the children that Kate forgot to look after herself. Now, in the New Year, Kate is determined to start dating again and hopefully find a new man."

But if you're hoping to watch Kate find love on TV, think again; she has no plans to open up her love life on a 'Bachelorette'-type dating show.

"Kate has learned her lesson about love on camera," an insider tells me. "Any dates that she goes on will be strictly private with no cameras around. It's going to be hard enough to find a man who is willing to take on Kate plus her beautiful eight children; asking someone to do all that on camera is impossible."

Good luck, Kate. It's nice to know not everything you do is for public consumption.

gosh-I had a fantasy that she might be talking about focusing on her 8 children, and keeping them out of the limelight. She has no talent-other than to be able to grow 6 babies at a time. Please, please go away. But she won't-the money is too good!

I think you are dead wrong, the majority of parents would not use their kids as a paycheck. Obviously you are like Kate, no values, selfish, self centered and think money is everything, Very sad souls.

I wish Kate a lot of luck, boy is she going to need it. Divorce is almost always messy and her's was pasted all over the news media, she didn't have the privecy the rest of us have. So she has a lot of publicity to eradicate.

How did she focus on her children in 2010 when all she was worried about was how she looked. What mother of 8 children walks around in an amusement park with 5 inch heels on.

Maybe she should try being a mother for the first time ever to her children! That would be a bug step in the right direction. Better still just go away, I like many are simply sick of her!

"So much of 2010 has been about the kids" - really? Every picture of her kids has nannies in it, not Kate. Everytime Kate is photographed, it is all about her, the Alaska disaster with Palin showed what a self-centered brat this woman is. Her poor children, with such an immature nightmare of a mother to deal with. Kate, go sit at home and raise your kids. You birthed them, you made money off them, now you deal with them.
