Reese Witherspoon Engaged to Jim Toth

Reese Witherspoon is engaged! The Oscar winner will marry boyfriend Jim Toth, Usmagazine.com confirms.

"They are extremely happy," her rep said. Toth -- an agent in Hollywood -- and Witherspoon have been dating for almost a year.

This will be the second marriage for Reese, who has two children with her first husband, Ryan Phillippe.

Witherspoon joins Shania Twain, Natalie Portman, Lily Allen, Hugh Hefner and LeAnn Rimes in the club of recently engaged stars.

Just watched her in Four Christmases the other day. Was the first time I had seen it. Mediocre movie, at best. Found her chin quite distracting. Do yo know if it's an implant?

She seems like a sweetie, and while I'm happy for *her* happiness, I would like to see them have a more lengthy engagement (maybe they will, who knows?). I would just hate to see her rush into anything - they haven't even been together for a full year. To each their own, it's her life. I just wish her and the children much happiness with this man. I hope for their sake that it lasts and that she doesn't wind up with another cheater. She genuinely seems like a nice person and I wish them all the best.

I hate to say this, but you can live with someone for years, and not really know them until you say I Do. Seems to mess up a good relationship most of the time. I think if I had it to do over again, I would never marry. I should have just lived with him.

She did sweet home alabama here in my town in Georgia.I never heard much about her when she was here.Nobody out of the zillions of extras that I know that were in the movie said anything about her which I found odd.Maybe they didnt talk to her though they were on the set with her for hours at a time.Maybe she will have more success with this dude but she sorta makes chick flicks and being a man I dont really watch her movies,good luck to her.

Both Witherspoon did a lot of fooling around him. What makes her so bad is that she bad mouthed him while he was a gentleman about the whole thing. Remember Lonnie Anderson and Burt Reynolds and the accusations she tossed at him? The chickens came home to roost when it was found out that it was Lonnie who was the cheater and not Burt. So it is with Witherspoon. She's a skank.

Good for her for finding a man in her age group that isn't famous enough for everyone to be in her business. She seems to really like her privacy for herself and her children. I have been a huge fan of hers since the age of 14, when I saw her in The Man in the Moon. I think she is so poised and you can tell that she is genuinely sweet. And no, she didn't cheat on Ryan, he even admitted he is the one who cheated on her.
