Kelsey Grammer: I'm in Love With Fiancee Kayte Walsh

Kelsey Grammer doesn't want you to believe anything you hear about the reasons he's marrying fiancee Kayte Walsh -- unless it comes from him.

"Kayte and I are marrying because we are engaged, and we are engaged because we are in love and see no reason to postpone our happiness any longer," Grammer told PEOPLE, in response to rumors he wants a quick divorce from estranged wife Camille to hasten his upcoming marriage.

"We are planning something we wish to be a private affair among several of our friends. Anything else is conjecture and false. Kayte and I are the only reliable source for this story. End of story," the actor added.

The 55-year-old 'Frasier' star and Walsh, 29, announced their engagement in early December -- even though his divorce hasn't been finalized.

Meanwhile, Grammer stands to lose $50 million in his split from 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star Camille.

I read well before this woman came into the picture, that Camille wanted to be on this show and he did not want, stating he didn't want the public to see into their personal life or their childrens life... Instead she insisted.. the first epsiode of HWOBH had her kissing him goodbye and he leaving.. It was over then and she knew it.. She tried playing the Oh! poor me thing, but with her attitude and greed it won't work with me.. She is just one ugly greedy person inside and out and he got out of there just in time..

Camille is a nobdy. The only thing I really think she is famous for is IBS. And as far as Kelsey goes he is trying to recapture his youth.. which he can NEVER do. I think he acts his way thru life itself.

I agree. Take some time to find out what it is that you are doing wrong so that you don't keep making the same mistakes. What is this wife #5?? I can't be them it has to be you Kelsey. You are not even credible anymore. Also, what about your children??? Why not spend time with them???

Camille is insecure, a drama queen, ugly, and needs serious counseling. I am appalled at the behavior of Allison Dubois and D.D., Camille's "buddy" at Camille's dinner party. The whole party was "arranged" to start trouble. I agree with Lisa, that Camille was rude as host to bring up Faye's Playboy pics and good for Kyle to throw the ball back to Camille with Camille's little "spread," albeit semi clothed. This episode of B.H. Houseives was proof of why Kelsey would dump her. She's a hot mess!
