Kelsey Grammer: I'm in Love With Fiancee Kayte Walsh

Kelsey Grammer doesn't want you to believe anything you hear about the reasons he's marrying fiancee Kayte Walsh -- unless it comes from him.

"Kayte and I are marrying because we are engaged, and we are engaged because we are in love and see no reason to postpone our happiness any longer," Grammer told PEOPLE, in response to rumors he wants a quick divorce from estranged wife Camille to hasten his upcoming marriage.

"We are planning something we wish to be a private affair among several of our friends. Anything else is conjecture and false. Kayte and I are the only reliable source for this story. End of story," the actor added.

The 55-year-old 'Frasier' star and Walsh, 29, announced their engagement in early December -- even though his divorce hasn't been finalized.

Meanwhile, Grammer stands to lose $50 million in his split from 'Real Housewives of Beverly Hills' star Camille.

Kelsey is emotionally bankrupt. Troubled past. He's tried to patch himself with new "loves." I quit watching him when he left his wife for Camille. Guess that was 14-15 years ago. Only hear about him when he hits the news.

He should spend some time trying to work through his troubled past.

Kelsey has some serious bad family history. He needs help. The flavor of the week will only act as a bandaid. Not sure why he would deserve happiness any more than ALL of the women he's married?

I'll bet dollars to donuts Kelsey told Kayte to get an abortion or there would be no marriage. He has two kids and I'm sure when this marriage breaks up in a year or two, he doesn't want to have to pay child support for 3 children. He should just stay single and live with the gals. That way it wouldn't cost him so much in alimony and he has more money to spend on drugs!

kelsey never called camille to ask for a divorce; he had a friend do it. camille deserves nothing more but to be an old, wrinkled, washed-up nut case. she is evil and she is the jealous one. she uses her phony baby voice but i'm sure when the cameras aren't on, she swears like a sailor. that's her payback for being so hurtful and acting superior to those around her. she hasn't any friends anyway and now, no husband. hope her money keeps her warm at night.

Not 100% sure but I think he has children with his earlier wife/wives. The children with Camille are not the first he's walked off from.

This might be his last wife, a lot men keep marrying until they are just too old to get someone "better", he's hitting that age when he's just too freaking old to keep looking. Camille is a horrible person; shallow, at least it appears to be the case from what I've seen of that show.

Yes, for losing 50 million shouldn't the next one at least be pretty? This new one is ugly; stringy, bleached hair, no makeup and big nose. And high morals - she had affair and got pregnant while he is still married to his current wife.

Maybe people should just mind their own business.....who knows what you would do if you had that amount of money, most of us are not that fortunate. Only God can judge him. Who cares what he does, its his and his wives' business, hopefully they will do what's best for the children, that's what is most important here.

Is it my imagination or does Kayte look like a young version of Camille? They could be sisters!
