No Prenup for Kelsey Grammer and Kayte Walsh

Kelsey Grammer is so anxious to get married to his new fiancée Kayte Walsh that he's planning to walk down the aisle as soon as his divorce with wife Camille is finalized. But surely to his money manager's horror, I'm hearing the 'Frasier' star has no intention of asking the beauty to sign a pre-nup agreement.

"Kelsey is deeply in love with Kayte and can't imagine spending the rest of his life with any other woman in the world. He knows she's the one and wouldn't insult her by asking her to sign a pre-nup even though his third divorce is going to cost him about $50 million," a friend of the actor's tells me.

Kelsey is already engaged to the new love of his life in his adopted home of New York City, leaving his soon-to-be-ex wife in Los Angeles with daughters Mason, 8, and Jude, 6.

"Kelsey doesn't care about the money. He never has. This is about being happy. Finding someone who is your best friend," a friend tells me. "He doesn't want to wait any longer."

Grammer told PEOPLE that the two are "marrying because we are engaged, and we are engaged because we are in love and see no reason to postpone our happiness any longer.'

Lets all hope the fourth time is the charm.

I guess in his case, love is blind. He didn't learn anything from his last marriage. Get a pre-nup Kelsey.

Talk about love being blind...he married a pretty woman & divorced a fake faced weirdo...his wife was seriously sick. This girl looks pretty wholesome with an original nose & no apparent botox. Really...I hope the ex gets some mental help. Altering your appearance so drastically has got to be some sort of illness...& it killed Michael Jackson indirectly. God makes each of us the way he needs us to be. When you find yourself so unhappy with your appearance you even consider some of these procedures, check out the brain first. Sad for the children.

This seems like a solid relationship.. Glad to see true love is still alive and well in Hollywood...And they make a handsome couple, Kelsey is looking great these days...He looks like a young virile man in his 30s..

Guess I am a sucker for an old fashioned love story... Just imagine the touching scene about 20 years from now when she is changing Kelsey's diapers and spoon feeding him oatmeal in the nursing home..

WHAT? Old fashioned love story? This younger women is his mistress right now and probably has been for quite sometime. I watch that somewhat lame show Housewives of Beverly Hills and his wife Camile has been married to him for 13 yrs. Their kids are adorable. It's obvious that no matter how much plastic surgery, Kelsey traded his wife in for a younger version!

The slime ball is trading one gold digger for a new one. I don't like Camille; she deserves what she is getting. I guess that is why she was shaking her booty all over the place in RH. She should go somewhere and hide her whole self. Camille and Kelsey are disgusting. If she plays the odds correct, past heart attack, damage from years of abusing drugs alcohol, he'll be long gone before she turns forty. Something is up? Why have this in the press everyday? I lost all respect for him when he met TMZ at Harry Winston the day after he was busted for cheating. Why put your family through that?

It's funny cause they say that he plans on this marriage lasting forever so he doesn't want to insult her with a prenup. So, does that mean before he married the others he knew it wouldn't last and that is why he had them sign a prenup? Why marry the first three if you knew they wouldn't last forever???

Even people without millions of dollars to lose get pre-nups. Why wouldn't he? It's no big deal to women her age nowadays, unless they have reason for it TO be a big deal. And they could tailor it to suit what she wants (ex. if he cheats or does drugs it's void) so it makes no sense. I wonder if it's even true!
