LeAnn Rimes Flaunts Her Engagement Ring

LeAnn Rimes got engaged to Eddie Cibrian over the holidays and we finally got a look at the engagement ring.

The couple were spotted heading through Los Angeles' LAX Airport with Rimes proudly showing off her engagement ring, a platinum stunner featuring a 5-carat oval diamond set in rose gold fleur-de-lis.

Celebuzz reports that the ring is estimated to have cost around $85,000.

Rimes tweeted her thoughts on the ring and her new fiance, saying, "The ring is beautiful, man is better :)"

According to PEOPLE, the couple designed the ring with Cibrian's childhood friend, Brent Polacheck of Polacheck Jewelers. "The couple wanted an antique feel, but a new ring."

I'm Not Obsessed reports that Dean Sheremet, Rimes' ex husband, also recently got engaged to girlfriend Sarah Silver. He tweeted a photo of her ring with the caption, "Pretty ring for a pretty girl!"

Everyone deserves to be happy. How they went about it was wrong, but we don't know what it was like to live with either of the exes. As for the boys, if she's to be their stepmother I see nothing wrong calling them her boys. My stepchildren have a mother, too, but that doesn't stop me from calling them my children. In our house we do not define between children, step-children, half-sisters and brothers, etc. They are all our children and we love them all equally. Eddie's ex should be happy that Leann loves the children, otherwise she could make their little lives MISERABLE!!
