Chris Brown and Raz-B Get Into a Homophobic War of Words Online

Chris Brown Scuffles with Raz-B on Twitter Using Ugly Slurs

Chris Brown and Raz-B engaged in a nasty tit-for-tat of homophobic and other insensitive put-downs on Twitter this week after the former B2K singer called out Brown over the abuse incident with ex-girlfriend Rihanna.

The fight began when Raz-B (@razb2k -- real name De'Mario Monte Thornton) casually tweeted: "Im just sittin here Thinking how can n---- like @ebenet [Eric Benet] and @chrisbrown disrespect women as Intelligent as Halle Berry, Rihanna."

Soon after, it was war for Brown (@chrisbrown) and he replied with a back-and-forth exchange filled with nasty remarks, for example, calling out Raz-B for being molested as a child and mocking him for being a boy band singer. Raz-B joined in with similar comments, several times accusing Brown of being on the "down low." See the ~~high~~lowlights of the heated exchange after the jump.

Brown worked quickly to layer Raz-B with ruthless remarks, accusing him of being gay and a nobody.

Raz-B then began getting personal by torching Brown over the incidents with Rihanna.

Soon, Brown was getting barraged with accusations of being homophobic. His response?

But instead of taking the high road, Raz-B joined in with remarks accusing Brown of being gay.

Brown then went on to make light of Raz-B's previous acknowledgment that he was molested as a child.

This understandably set Raz off ...

Brown later apologized to his gay fans after news caught wind of the tirade.

"BTW...I love all my gay fans and this immature act is not targeted at you!!!! love," Brown tweeted.

Why can't people just keep their mouths shut??!! I guess when that testosterone starts bubbling, it is hard to cool it down.

With Chris' career still struggling a bit, you would think he would have taken the high road on this situation. Trust me, people would have liked him more for it. Now, he just set himself back a few steps. People really know how to sabotage themselves, don't they?

This whole situation that occurred on Feb.8 was hard on Chris Brown. Furthermore, I'm sure he does not want people constantly running their mouths about what he did.He does not need the world beating him upside his head about what he has done a year ago. He know what he did and he is learning from that. People need to leave the past in the past and move on. As well as to stop attacking Chris with the nonsense because it getting old.

I think Chris should have taken the higher road but I wonder why when our black men mess up (i.e. Chris Brown, Mike Vick, etc.), ppl (black and white) don't want to allow them to live it down. What was the reason for the B2K member bringing up the Chris Brown and Rihanna situation? I think it's unfair when ppl want to haunt others with their mistakes. LEAVE Chris Brown alone!!! He is paying the consequences and trying to move on. Rihanna has moved on. I'm not sure why ppl are still talking about it. The B2K member was trying to be hurtful and when ppl are pissed off, they resort to the same bahavior. It's juevinile but true.

It makes me so mad how people keep bringing up the Rihanna situation. Stop throwing it in his face,im not saying he was right but what more can do man do.He went to court paid his fine and went to therapy. I feel it was blown up like this because he was a black man the media love nothing more than a black man falling from grace. Charlie Sheen attacked his wife with a knife but thats all hushed away no one speaks on it and everyone still watches two and a half men right.

Chris congrats on your finishing up your course.

We all make mistakes and we all werent there and cant judge what led you to loose it at the moment. I think people dont realize that sometimes we are provoked into doing things and get heated in the moment. Although im sure if you were thinking now inretrospect you would not have raised a hand to Rhianna, but I believe with all my heart she lashed at you and terribly hurt you , she can be hot with her temper too and cruel with her words.

I hope we can enjoy your music and talent and not judge you for your personal life. Your smart, handsome and so talented and it would be such a great loss if your not not permitted to voice your songs and talents to the world.

Again, we all should look in the mirror at our own situations and not judge or be judgemental to others.

I applaud you finishing your course, and hope this will be way behind you, you deserve the best and a chance to persue the music you so love to perform.

Hope you all the Best in 2011 Chris, I know youll rise to the top. Good work be blessed.
