Outrage Over Michael Jackson's Autopsy Reenactment

The Discovery Channel in Europe is planning to air a TV special on Jan. 13 called 'Michael Jackson's Autopsy: What Really Killed Michael Jackson,' which includes a reenactment of
Michael Jackson's autopsy. Revelation of this has outraged the executors of Jackson's estate.
EOnline is reporting that co-executors John Branca and John McClain sent a letter to Discovery yesterday, saying, "Your decision to even schedule this program is in shockingly bad taste, insensitive to Michael's family, and appears motivated solely by your blind desire to exploit Michael's death, while cynically attempting to dupe the public into believing this show will have serious medical value."
A print ad for the special, which shows a body on an autopsy table covered in a sheet -- save one gloved hand -- made Branca and McClain even more upset.
"The ad is debased, sick and insensitive. No doubt this fictitious, morbid image is being spread worldwide even now on the Internet, viewed by Michael's loved ones, and even accepted as authentic by those who may be unaware that Discovery made it up," the letter continued.
TMZ reports that the producers from Discovery went to Assistant Chief Coroner Ed Winter earlier this year asking if he'd sit for an interview to discuss Jackson's autopsy and the investigation into the cause of the pop star's death.
Winter said he had no interest in doing the interview. He also added "I think it's unprofessional and I wouldn't do it out of respect for the family."

We live in such a graceless age.
And no one cares "anythang" about U either. Dolt.
Holy Crap! Whoever wrote this is seriously lacking in language skills. thang, kill theyselves, etc,etc,etc... Please buy yourself a Dictionary and learn a few things! In fact, buy an Unabridged Dictionary and learn alot of things! Good luck with not getting hit by a bus everytime you cross a street!
Oh my gosh! You need to stay in school for along time, or go back, if you're out. You're spelling is horrible and you did not use one puncuation mark. Egad!
It is the doctor's DUTY to protect his patient by not giving out drugs which they have no right to have. He should have refused but he didn't which makes him responsible for Michael's death. Elvis presley's doctor did the same thing. You would think the doctor would not want to take a chance on losing his license and his career.
People, do not let this happen to you. This person who calls himself mj is prime example of education failing those who pursue it--if, in fact, this simpleton attended grade school at all. No calculators, no spell checks until they have mastered the basics. It is appalling that someone who displays this amount of ignorance has the nerve to criticize others... for anything. Absolutely pitiful. And be careful whom you wish hell upon; you will be quite surprised at the number of foolish, hateful people you will find there. You'll need to make friends there quickly
Where the heck did you (not) learn how to write or spell ? My 4 year old writes better then you. Before you post anything again, use the spelling check. You will safe yourself alot of humiliation.
u said it all, the only thing the doctor is guilty of is being stupid
Okay, we know what happened to Michael Jackson, but first things first... what has happened to Bubbles?
awww let me guess you are a fan of the stupid fools n belive you me i dont care what you say so say what you want

Whether we are fans or not doesn't matter regarding your post. You may have valid points but who would know. I couldn't even read your whole post. I didn't understand anything you where trying to say. Maybe if you used proper grammar and punctuation you would get your point across.
As to this show that is going to tell us all about MJ's autopsy unless they were in the autopsy room for the whole time I don't really think they will be able to tell us anything. They are jsut trying to make a buck and pull in ratings.
Favorite King of Pop(ing pills) lyric, "Hehe", and the runner up, "Sham-mon", followed closely by, "Mamasay-mamasa-mamacusa"

And how is that the least bit different from the rush to market "This Is It"? Remember, it was supposed to only play in theaters for two weeks? Instead, it played much longer so they could make more money from it. And, how fast did it make it to the home market on Blue Ray and DVD? Again, exploiting his death to make a lot of money. I am willing to go so far as to guarantee "This Is It" made more money than this program will ever see.

You're kidding. You can't tell the difference between posthumously marketing songs from an artist's own vault and re-creating his autopsy on television?! Michael Jackson's executors are doing EXACTLY what Michael Jackson directed them to do persuant to The Michael Jackson Family Trust (which, by the way, no one except the Executors and the Probate Court is privy). That he elected his long time attorney and chief negotiator, John Branca, and a long seasoned music industry executive, John McClain, ought to tell you something. If all this ("This Is It," "Michael," etc.) wasn't in the game plan, no Probate Court judge in the land would allow it. People are so friggin' ignorant. They know nothing about how large estates are administered, they know nothing about "intellectual property" (songs, etc.) yet they shoot off their mouths as if they do.
I find it hard to believe that Michael's family could be shocked by anything.
mj was a spoiled brat and got anything he wanted

Yeah, he WANTED people to slander and libel him his whole life long. Unh huh.
Michael Jackson was a looker 2. He just didn't look and behave like a butt. Butt U on the other hand... should be the 1 on Discovery Channel.... instead. Butt maybe we'd all just look away... OK enough, I'll butt out...LOL!!!
Michael Jackson was spoiled too, he got what he wanted!
