Josh Groban Sings Kanye West's Tweets on TV [Video]

Who knew 140 characters could sound so good? Josh Groban, known for his soulful crooning, hit up 'Jimmy Kimmel Live!' on Jan. 3 for a special performance of some memorable tweets by famed rapper/ranter, Kanye West.

Groban sat at his piano to perform 'Josh Groban's The Best Tweets of Kanye West,' a fictional album containing 752 medleys of West's Twitter musings, including one-liners like "French fries are the devil." Instant classic.

Appropriately, Groban took to Twitter to let everyone know "It was an honor to sing these. I sincerely hope he doesn't lash out at me with sick floetry." Watch Groban's performance after the jump!

Maybe we can see an encore performance soon?

Regarding Josh Grobans' most excellent spoof on Kanyes' Tweets! I laughed my butt off! Kanye is not at all a bad guy until he opens his mouth and shows the lack of intelligence he has and his ignorance. He is one lucky man to be in the social circle he is in, make the money he makes and be so rude and crude most time he tweets or opens his mouth!!

Josh Groban is a great singer and sounds better than ever;
I don't know what possessed him to sing Kanye West's tweets
but I'm glad to see/hear the humorous side of him. West is a
self centered fool; witness his stupid remark about Pres. Bush
and his low behavior with Taylor Swift.

Good for Josh! It's really funny to hear some self absorbed twit's
silly thoughts sent up in this way.

I thoroughly LOVE all of Josh Grobans work, but this was a whole other side to him, and hilarious !!! Whoever said he sounds great in whatever he sings hit it dead on. To have such talent yet not be so full of himself he would perform this skit clearly shows he is not a prima dona, as some others are !!!!
