Amber Portwood's legal troubles have the 'Teen Mom' star worried -- and wishing she'd never done the show in the first place."I just can't even imagine not seeing my little baby if I go back to jail," she told Life & Style in her first post-incarceration interview.
"It scares me so bad," she added of the possibility of two-year-old Leah being taken away from her.
Portwood was arrested for allegedly assaulting ex-fiance -- and father of her child -- Gary Shirley, in an incident that was caught by MTV's cameras.
Amber regrets signing on to the series in the first place, since she believes the incident would have gone unnoticed had it not been for 'Teen Mom.' "I wouldn't have been in jail because nobody would have known about it," she explained.

Her immaturity is very obvious by the statements she makes. Amber is always quick to blame everyone but herself. If she were the least bit sorry, she would apologize for her actions, not for getting caught. Sadly, Leah would probably be much better off with a foster family until Amber grows up and starts putting Leah first before herself or anyone else.

Yea, she's either taking lessons from Lindsay Lohan (as mw said) or Obama (who manages to blame everyone else but himself for any of his own bad decisions).
Hopefully she will get help with her anger issues. She is to young for all this pressure and she was exploited by MTV even if she agreed to do it and is the one with the anger problem. MTV should be paying for her mental help
Ya can't fix stooooopid. Amber liked the money but seems to think she is entitled and can do what she wants to do. Her decision making or learning from her mistakes does not seem to have improved one iota since her pregnancy. What a stoooopid girl, not woman. She keeps screwing up and the unfortunate thing is she takes the baby with her. Disgusting, I have NO sympathy for her she does not seem to be wanting to learn another way of living her trashy way of life.

So right. It seems that no one cares about the fact it happened, everyone wishes that she never got caught. Still would be affecting her child.

A child raising a child. The child would be better off in a foster home.
Animals in the wild, do a better job at raising ther young.
Animals will watch their young, sniff, and nudge them to make sure their alright. Some even carry their young on their backs, until their able to walk by their selves.
Amber lacks education, manners, morals, discipline, and respect for others.
This child doesnt stand a chance, at having a normal life.

Amber-It amazes me how you are upset of getting caught on TV abusing your ex but not worried about abusing him in front of Leah. Imagine what she will do with her own relationships when she gets older. Word of advice: Take Anger Management.

It's everyone elses fault. IF she did not get caught then what would have happened. A dead father if she kills him (would not blame her because well look at him) or she would be dead because he would snap. OR worse yet their fight gets the little one killed. What She needs to do is get mental help, get her education and do something positive with her life. But with her blaming others, well she won't change.

She shouldn't have hit him in the first place whether or not the cameras were on. She deserves what she gets. since she did this to him, who knows what she would do to her child when her rage goes out of control.

I pegged her from the beginning. Her priorities were her! She's a slob, both of them lounge on the couch 24/7 while the little one fends for herself. What she did with Gary was learned behavior. The TV show knew this kid would end up in this termoil.

She is stuck on stupid and that will probably never change. Cement that va-jay-jay up so she can no longer reproduce and any guy dumb enough to hook up with that needs to be neutered as well

i am surprised she could get out of bed to go to jail every time i seen the show she was in bed while the baby ran around the house.the baby would be better off with the dad at least he is out of bed

Being on the show was a positive thing. She will be forced to deal with a dangerous temper. To make things worse she is taking instructions in Krav Maga! Lets load that weapon!

not sorry she DID it, sorry she got CAUGHT!... i saw the video, and she didn't hit him, she beat the dog crap out of him... she punched him HARD in the face... she's trash, plain and simple... she needs to take a hard look inside herself and CHANGE her life before the state does it for her, permanently...
