The Problem is that Meg Ryan DID have a make over which is why she looks like she needs one. These stars who go under the Plastic Surgeon's knife don't check out the Dr or view the many different patients who had work done by looking at the before and after pictures. Meg Ryan a long with all those other Celebrities who had their faces worked on, obviously never thought about seeing what kind of Dr. that they are trusting to work on their faces and other body parts. A good surgeon is supposed to give people results that doesn't make it obvious that they had any kind of surgery done. People in their late 30's and into their 40's are the best candidates to have any elective surgery done. The patient should be smart enough to do their homework. It's also not about the address of the Surgeon. A huge misconception is that because a Dr. is on Park Avenue in Manhattan or Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills, California that the Doctor is the best. There is a Dr on Park Avenue in NYC who hasnt been certified since 1974 and he was unprofessional and wasn't equpipped for post op surgery and his bed side manner was non existant. Meg Ryan used to have such a nice sweet girl next door look about her, but now she looks like all the othersstars who had the wrong Dr. A Plastic Surgeon should be Board Certified through as many Medical Boards in their field of expertise as well as Board certified in reconstructive surgeries as well. These Stars have the money to have it done right but yet they keep going to these Quacks. Never mess with your face or your teeth unless you do your homework and ask many questions.

I am a fan of both John and Meg Ryan.John looks like a hobo but it's a good look for him. Maybe she has a thing for hoboes, not that there is anything wrong with it.Maybe John can act in movies with a little coaching from Meg.I can see him in Western movies as a gold prospector in the Arizona desert.

Amen to that. So sad realizing just how truly unhappy (overly harsh judgements of others they know nothing about is the best indication) the majority of Americans are these days. More 'bitterness' koolaid, anyone? Sad.
I totally agree with you Nan. The people who bash others only look for the gossip, not what really happened. There ARE always two sides to a story. And what is up with people who find fault. Lets stick them in front of a camera/mirror and see what others think of them.
