Michelle Williams Irked Over 'Nightline' Interview About Heath LedgerMichelle Williams' interview with ABC's 'Nightline' was billed as her breaking her silence on her march back from the tragedy of Heath Ledger's death, but she's not happy with what the public saw. In a chat with The Daily Beast, Williams expressed frustration with the final interview, saying the way it was cut together made it seem like she was crossing a line she never intended to cross.

"I want everybody to like me. I want everybody to be happy. I want to please people. So that desire in the moment overrode that 'me' that is on top of myself, that 'me' that is on top of a situation," Williams said in the Daily Beast interview. "Then they used those few quotes and the way they edited the piece to sell the interview, and it appeared as if I were breaking some kind of silence and sitting down with the express purpose to discuss something that is very private to me."
