Raven-Symone Debuts Dramatic Weight Loss

Raven-Symone flaunted her slimmer figure at Wednesday's People's Choice Awards. Wearing a cleavage-baring outfit, the actress admits she's still insecure.

"Actually, now I wear bigger clothes because I don't like the way people stare at me," she tells PEOPLE.

"I liked it before. Now, you're just looking at me for the wrong reasons. Before, you were actually looking at me for a real reason."

The 'That's So Raven' actress faced much criticism for her weight, but she has never understood why.

"I thought I looked fabulous before and nobody else did," she says. "So, whatever."

The former 'Cosby Show' star adds that the stress she endured during her Disney Channel show was the reason she packed on the pounds.

"That's what stress does to you," Symone says. "I've been not stressing. I've been in my own house, decorating and finding hobbies."

I think she looks prettier in the "before" picture. All she needed was a boob reduction . . . but her face looks prettier with a litle meat on it.

RAVEN ROCKS!...she was adorable as the granddaughter on cosby and just got better as she grew...saw her sing at county fair and it gave you goosebumps....some songs brought a tear to your eye, and the girl has an amazing voice....she is a beautiful role model for our kids....i am sad she thought she was fat....she gave my daughter confidence in being able to be a teen whos overweight and still be able to feel good about herself

I saw the Cosby show being taped in Astoria. Between scenes, there was a Q&A session with the
cast. I asked the little girl Raven, "how does it feel to be a big star?. She replied, "I love it". I wonder
if she remembers.....
P.S. Raven, you look great!

WTF! Her face looks slimmer, but she still looks kind of hefty in the legs from what I can see in the photo. Frankly I was shocked to see how she balloned up at such a young age. I was even more stunned and wondering why no one had pulled her aside to get that weight off. Oh well, maybe it was just baby fat for Raven.

Raven is beautiful! she was so cute in the Cosby show when they danced, in the 1st part of the show or was it the last? Anyway I'm proud of what ever she does to better herself, if that is possible! If she wanted to she could get a bust reduction, even though woman would love to have her curves!

Raven always looked darling. I can't stand the "fat" fanatics. Some of the thin movie stars and models have clavicles and chests that look so bony and ghastly. You can see every rib on some of these people. Raven is talented, wholesome, and looks way more attractive than Lindsay and many others.

I'm watching Raven's new show on ABC Family right now and you can really tell she's lost a LOT of weight. If she did it because she was unhealthy then good for her but if she did it just because she felt she had to then I'm disappointed. And I think she looks kinda sick now.
