We're just over a week into the new year and already Hollywood is talking crazy. There's Justin Bieber, who claims he actually is nuts. And Betty White who thinks her fans may have had enough of her. (Never!) Add to that stars who may have some serious issues -- Gwyneth Paltrow's boozing for 'Country Strong,' Kelly Osbourne and her unhealthy body image and Paula Abdul thinking we'll actually believe she's not on something -- and you've got 2011's insightful first edition of Quips & Quotes.

The agents and promoters are only looking for the money this kid can generate. If they don't give him a break, he's going to have a Britany meltdown.
